No. Richard is polite. He’s rich and he still treats people like they are deserving of respect and dignity. Unlike Mr. Cuban.

There is something surreal about watching two actual billionaires toss water on each other like they're just having a good time.

Well yeah of course, as anyone would be if an adult man splashed water on them and grabbed their arm because he didn’t like their opinion. Richard behaved like a small child.

@@botleydottrue it’s the only thing he has that gives him the ego the confidence and cockiness, being the richest of the lot. Then comes Richard, so what else does he have that’s better, his looks!? Nahh...

@@botleydot Well I thought this as well, but to my surprise - Richard has a net worth of roughly 2.8 billion, where as mark is around the 4-6 billion! Im sure they have crossed paths or intertwined dealings before. Maybe they dont like eachother from something else?

Sir Richard Branson was trying to be a white knight gone wrong 😂
Branson writes that the incident occurred following Cuban calling an entrepreneur a “gold digger”, a term he “thought was rather offensive”.
“I didn’t realise the word ‘gold digger’ was used on the show to mean someone who doesn’t need the investment money but comes on Shark Tank for the free publicity,” Branson writes.
“I tried to fight for her honour, and Mark called me out for not understanding the show. I playfully threw a little water over him, thinking he was giving me the go signal to do so, but he wasn’t at all impressed with the impromptu shower, so threw some water right back at me.”
Branson managed to patch things up backstage, writing that, in possession of a spare shirt, Cuban “saw the lighter side of the incident and later accepted my apology”.

In the first place, the use of the term is truly offensive and used against this young lady who is trying to make the world a better place. I lost my respect for Marc Cuban (not that he cares). There are many ways to express what he said but he used the most demeaning term of them all. Richard responded to Marc's brashness! I'm on your side, Richard! ❤

Except that the water throw wasn't even about the gold digger comment. Richy did that after Mark reminded him that the offer has to stay a $600k. He can't offer a lower monetary amount than what the contestant asked for. So tell me, how does it feel siding with an old limey billionaire who responds childishly when he gets corrected?

I feel incredibly fortunate for having made wise financial choices that have had a life-altering impact. As a single mother residing in Toronto, Canada, I successfully purchased my second home in September. If everything continues to progress positively, my aspiration is to retire next year at the age of 50.
