if Sam Strano says It Rocks, then It Rocks! cause when it comes to suspension, Sam Strano is the MAN! ...hes won so flippin many trophies, numerous awards, & has built, designed, & drove more 4th gen f-bodies than anybody else i, & probaly u, know. hes probably forgotten more about f-body suspensions than the rest of us will ever know or learn. & he has his own "mom & pops" (& i say that as a compliment, because as a small buisnessman, i always try to support small buisnesses whenever possible) suspension buisness. & hes a great guy to do buisness with. i discovered him thru the LS1Tech forums & hes a super cool dude & is always willing to help a fellow gearhead! sounds like a great partnership with 2 powerhouses... & on that note, a sincere thanx to sam & umi for all the parts, advice, & help with building my 98 formula!

Is the box control arm stronger than the tubular design?
I was just looking on the website and the Corner Max Kit does not list the rear suspension parts as part of its kit. Did you guys change the kit layout?

I have your panhard bar,lca's, sfc's and your adjustable torque arm on my 95 Z28 Camaro! It handles much better than stock. Going to get your sway bar kit next. 👍💪💪💪
I just installed panhard bar, LCA and sway bars. Haven't driven it due to work and can't wait too. So I haven't compare before and after yet. Just need SFC and torque arm

Website says 98 to 02, does the kit fit 93 to 97 as well ?

Sorry for the delay. 315/30-18 tires on 18x11 wheels. +35mm offset.
Everything is rusted to crap on my 4th gen Camaro. I would really like to know how much this whole set costs and if I can do it without modifying cutting the original components that are left behind.
Also, does someone have an instructional video on how to install the aetup?

I can only imagine this kit probably costs more than these cars are worth
im satisfied my 1995 z28 convertible 6speed, which i bought for 8k with 63000 miles, and 5000 into parts LE2 heads and cam and suspension upgrade - so 13k....will keep up with and even out run most cars that can be bought now for 2-3x as much as i have into my camaro....cheaper car maybe....leaves more room in the budget to work up the LT1. only thing out of my reach at 400~hp are the top tier new camaros and mopars. everything else in the line up is fair game. so...i guess it depends on your outlook. pay 35000 for a newer camaro...or 15000 to eat new camaro :)
It’s just shy of 4k, not a bad price at all. You could dump just 8-10k into a 4th gen and make it perform better than a modern day diva muscle car. Then turn around and sell it for 30+K depending on many other factors. But as far as “worth” is considered, you’d make money instead of lose it. Plus, there’s a video of a TA with a setup like this totally dusting a top of line 100+k Porsche in a road race. 😉

Have you guys considered making new uprights with dual tie rod holes for more steering ackerman / drift capable? Could even incorperate C7 Vette Caliper spacing for 18" and up wheel sizes as an option as well as the stronger Corvette hubs. Ive gone through a few sets of Timken hubs on my 1LE.
@ Thanks for the reply. I never would have thought they would come apart like that. I got adapter plates to mount C5/6 SKF hubs. I did hear about the hoosiers as well as the coleman ones. I dont think the hoosierPE ones are available right now.
@Camaro Rick...Brad here again I was thinking about you the other day, did my first track day weekend over memorial weekend, before it was over both of the HPE hubs broke, and you are correct they seem to be out of business, just installed the SKF and adaptor setup you spoke of, God I hope this cures this problem, 2,600 bucks into two sets of wheel bearings plus going through two or three sets a year for the last 26 years, tens of thousands of dollars, shit I better stop thinking about this, I'm just glad you didn't get the Hoosiers, good luck, lets hope for the best

I ordered your front sway bar kit for my 95 Z28 Camaro from Summit Racing. I heard you were way behind on your orders. 😐
Unfortunately, the stock size clamshell motor mounts are resting on the k member gusset on my build. I even got new mounts to avoid the possibility of something like this. Real shame, its a nice piece otherwise. I now have to convince the shop that is helping me with the install that this is something that requires attention. They weren't willing to take my suggestion that we take everything back out and grind something to make these clear, but we have to do something, not real interested in proceeding with this build with metal on metal contact in the motor mounts.

Most of these cars arent worth 3000 with a built motor. Just get the 150 dollar rear control arms and panhard bar like me haha.
