A big disappointment is that you never see an in camera view in videos demonstrating the handling of the fourth gen. A professional demo showing the speed and g force hit in turns or different parts commonly found in race ways. My thoughts are it would raise sales because spending over $2k (which is not a lot by today’s standards when you see what people spend on the common bmw or Mercedes) blindly just doesn’t make sense.
Really dropped the ball on those brakes. Doesn't cost much to add caddy brembo brakes & you could have dropped the way over rated koni yellows for koni oranges to help offset the cost.
Something is hanging awfully low there under the car. I think the mechanic you used forgot to put those rubber doughnuts on that hold up the exhaust. Amateur mistake. Should of taken it to master mechanic. they wouldn't have forgotten the rubbers.
No, the driver side long tubes hang under the body. The factory has a y-pipe and a single mid pipe going down the passenger side, you can see the cut out for it in the video. This is why the passenger footwell has that hump in it. The long tubes look cool but I bought short tubes for this exact reason, I'd rather have the ground clearance and short tubes keep the factory layout, just with better flow.
Thanks for the great video, it's nice to see someone giving some love to a fourth gen!!
it would be nice to see phase 2 soon
2 years later...
4 years later

I can vouch that 4th gen Fbodies respond very well to suspension upgrades
Even just subframe connectors, springs/shocks upgrade
Love this series for the fbody ❤🔥🔥
Dropped ..4 ....Seconds...WOW! !!!
Why the exhaust pipes were so close to the ground? that is not good on the streets...
Great job guys!
Hey guys when is the next installment of this video series starting again?
Phase 2 please!!
Was there any tire rub at all with the 315-30x18's?
phase 2 yet?
Looks like virtually no ground clearance under that exhaust. How often do you hit it, and what are roads like around you?
something BMR cant answer... smh
Is that for drag or autocross
Went will you started phase 2?? Can't wait .. I have same mods .. in my 95 z28 ..
6 years later
We’re phase 2 been 3 years
Were spacers needed for the rear wheels and tires
Is that Jeff Loomis playing in the background?
