    I hope you find this guided meditation helpful in deepening your connection with Nature and its restorative powers. You are a part of the natural world not separate from it. This is an easy concept to understand intellectually, but very challenging to experience viscerally in daily life.
    Going outdoors to enjoy nature helps restore your body, mind, and spirit especially after you meditate. We are wired for daily contact with nature. Listening once or twice a day for several weeks makes a big difference. The best times to listen are when waking up and falling asleep. Even if you keep falling asleep while listening, you still benefit.
    What is a guided meditation? It’s easy and anyone can do it. Guided meditation is a form of directed daydreaming and they help deepen your receptivity to the relaxation, healing, creativity, and authentic wisdom alive in nature. All you need to do is find a quiet, safe place, in which you won’t be disturbed, lie or sit down in a comfortable position, and listen.
    Nature - Guided Meditation is not necessarily a panacea for healing. Sometimes it is necessary to seek help from a doctor, counselor, or trusted friend to assist you on your healing journey. It takes courage to reach out.
