dont go to dealer,press open,screen will open up,if you have a cd inside ,it will spin making noise,dont worry,take a cd map, put cd map in the slot and it will say loading,wait 1 minute,eject the cd on the top,close screen play radio then open screen put cd music back,bingo its working,dealer will charge like hell for 2-3 minutes job,

Does this work for imports from Japan, I have a RHD 2007 lexus ls460 and this error popped up after the battery was replaced any idea how to fix it.

Josimar Francis it should but location may be different. You have to keep moving on screen touching different spots

Turn on the ignition and press on every corner on the Navigation Screen

Are you getting message in different language on screen? Were you using a Map disc?

Do the same thing since it does not matter CD or DVD. Keep pressing your finger on the display at several points

Plus the number on the unit is b9010

Please click on corners if the CD is stuck. If you are using after market CD then it will not work.

@@sarkar6494 there is no disc in but the map disc will go in but not reading so i keep it out
