I have been there a few times and also in Chicago. I was there last month and your review is spot on. The shrimp is dry and not tender. Even the shrimp cocktail is dry. The fried chicken is dry and not well seasoned. Best bet is the crab, steaks and fish. The service is nice and the prices reasonable for Vegas. Thx for your honesty.
We LOVE Joe’s. There’s one near us in DC, so while it’s on our Vegas steakhouse list (of over 70 steakhouses!), we will try others before we head to the Vegas location. My husband loves pies the most, so you can imagine how much he enjoyed desert. Thanks for continuing to ‘go beast’ in Vegas! Great video.

Great review. Been to Joe's a number of times and we always get the Jumbo Stone Crab Claws (very pricey but worth it) along with a nice medium rare Ribeye. Note: NO Chicken at a Steakhouse!
We ate there April 30 of this year and everything was delicious that night. Oysters Rockerfella were great. Stone crab claws were delish and our filets were perfection. Loved the thin cracker bread too.
I LOVE Joe's, especially the stone crab. I have NEVER had a bad meal. I have been to the Chicago Joe's and of course LV. Chicago Joe's is very small. I agree with you on the fried chicken. Their seafood and steaks are fabulous. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is definitely one of a steakhouse in Chicago. HIGHLY recommend

I've never had a meal at Joe's in Vegas but been to the original location in Miami a few times and it's excellent. Shin, if you're ever in Miami, go get a meal there!
Here in DC, my husband and I meet at Joe’s occasionally for lunch (it’s in between both of our offices) - the herb roasted chicken is a sleeper hit - and the leftovers the next day in a sandwich are the best!
Love all of your videos. Joe's has two signature dishes I wish you could of tried. Jumbo Alaskan king crab served chilled that are cut up tableside and the Dover Sole deboned tableside with a brown butter. Please come back for dinner and try those dishes. Keep up the great work 👍 👏
We love Joe’s.. I love taking my family there for a great dinner when we go to Vegas! Never had a bad meal… it’s a little pricy but considering it’s Vegas pretty much what you would expect to pay at a seafood/ steak restaurant. 😊
If you order medium rare and get it served medium I think you should send it back, especially at a great high end steakhouse like Joes. They will be happy to make it right for you. Also I noticed in the video with your steak you got some of Joes special seasoning. You should put just a little bit on your steak next time you visit. Its really awesome.
If I was off camera I would, but by then it was already 3 hours deep and I was so full that the thought of waiting for them to re-fire a steak and trying it again later is too much. We actually got a can of the seasoning to go it was very good. Thanks for watching!
Joe's is our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Glad you enjoyed it as well. Interesting about the sea bass. My wife wanted to get it last time and the waiter didn't recommend it. For an off-Strip place, have you been to Dupars at Suncoast? Best pancakes I've ever had, seriously. Better than Blueberry Hill or Peppermill. Thanks for all of your great videos!

I have been to Joe's several times and I absolutely love it. Not sure what happened to your grilled seafood platter and fried chicken 🤔. Have had both a few times and were delicious. Stone Crab was one of my favorite seafood options when I lived in Florida for 9 years. How do they have Stone Crab now? Stone Crab season in Florida is from Oct 15 to May 1 so those must have been frozen so they can't be fresh?
Well Happy Birthday or anniversary to whomever is celebrating ($12.95 discount on bill)! I have eaten here and of course it was delicious. I will have to try the Havana pie next time as that looked amazing. My critique would have to be presentation of the food. Very plain and not exactly too exciting. As the saying goes….We eat with our eyes and this was not the case at this restaurant. Even the Key Lime pie was just served on a plain “diner” type plate. I have eaten a zillion versions of key lime pie having lived in Florida for years, so a good Key Lime pie is always appreciated. Thank you! 😊

If you order medium rare and get it served medium I think you should send it back, especially at a great high end steakhouse like Joes. They will be happy to make it right for you. Also I noticed in the video with your steak you got some of Joes special seasoning. You should put just a little bit on your steak next time you visit. Its really awesome.
If I was off camera I would, but by then it was already 3 hours deep and I was so full that the thought of waiting for them to re-fire a steak and trying it again later is too much. We actually got a can of the seasoning to go it was very good. Thanks for watching!

Joe's is our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Glad you enjoyed it as well. Interesting about the sea bass. My wife wanted to get it last time and the waiter didn't recommend it. For an off-Strip place, have you been to Dupars at Suncoast? Best pancakes I've ever had, seriously. Better than Blueberry Hill or Peppermill. Thanks for all of your great videos!

I have been to Joe's several times and I absolutely love it. Not sure what happened to your grilled seafood platter and fried chicken 🤔. Have had both a few times and were delicious. Hopefully you would give them a chance again. If they have the corn as a seasonal side try it. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for the review.

Stone Crab was one of my favorite seafood options when I lived in Florida for 9 years. How do they have Stone Crab now? Stone Crab season in Florida is from Oct 15 to May 1 so those must have been frozen so they can't be fresh?

Well Happy Birthday or anniversary to whomever is celebrating ($12.95 discount on bill)! I have eaten here and of course it was delicious. I will have to try the Havana pie next time as that looked amazing. My critique would have to be presentation of the food. Very plain and not exactly too exciting. As the saying goes….We eat with our eyes and this was not the case at this restaurant. Even the Key Lime pie was just served on a plain “diner” type plate. I have eaten a zillion versions of key lime pie having lived in Florida for years, so a good Key Lime pie is always appreciated. Thank you! 😊

That fried chicken looked out of place 😅. Everything is else looked delicious. That potato leonaise is enough for a meal. I actually prefer crab over lobster.
