I’m excited you are visiting Cut. It’s my favorite restaurant in Vegas. I love the classic steakhouse items with an Asian twist. Next time try the bread board, wagyu skewers and the loup de mer. Expensive place but the quality is top notch. They have a great bourbon selection as well.

Wow. I’ve really seen great attention to details at every Wolfgang Puck restaurant I’ve tried in Vegas lately. You don’t always get great food at the celebrity chef restaurants, but that meal looked amazing and worth the high price.

Thanks for making the video Shin. I’ve been here before. The kung pao cauliflower was the best thing I had. The drinks were also really good as well. I didn’t like the preparation of the steak as it was really overpowering and salty, and I couldn’t appreciate the natural flavor of the beef. That’s what I typically look for in a steakhouse. Seeing that you have such rave reviews of this place makes me wonder if they had an off night when I was there, and maybe worth another shot. I’m going to be in Vegas in October and am looking forward to trying T-Bones at Redrock Casino.

I don't want to sound pretentious when I say this but it'll still probably come off that way lol. The price of dishes has absolutely nothing to do with how I order for videos. I just try and think about what would be most useful and informative to the most number of potential diners. For this video specifically though, after I went to see the meat in the locker, the Australian wagyu just called out to me saying, "Shin, pick me!!" And I couldn't refuse lol. It just looked so good and the marbling was extraordinary. Thanks for watching!

Shin - just wanted to say how refreshing it is to watch a UA-cam food reviewer who is articulate and who has a broader range of vocabulary than just words like “wow” / “so good” / etc - your descriptions really give a good idea of what the food actually tastes like (rather than just saying “wow” / “yum” / etc - there is of course nothing wrong with those words, but when a food reviewer relies on them, not much specific information about the food and the taste is actually conveyed)
Some have said I'm too wordy but I think we all have our tastes of what we like for videos as we do for food. And I'm happy to hear you enjoy my style! Thanks for watching!
Strip Steak, Mandalay Bay; Horseshoe Steakhouse, Horseshoe; Capital Grille, Fashion Show; SW Steakhouse, Wynn; Craftsteak, MGM Grand; Redwood Grill, California - the problem is that I only go to a steakhouse in Vegas around three times per year, and there are so many steakhouses and other restaurants that serve steak.
Shin you are mine and my husband's favorite Vegas TouTuber!!! Do you have Jean George's at Aria on your list? It's our favorite steakhouse in Vegas, and we'd love to see your take on it!
It was expensive but my most expensive video to date was over $2000 if I remember correctly at Fontainebleau's Papi Steak. Peter Luger was like $900 I think also. And others that are not immediately coming to mind so not the most expensive but definitely a pricey restaurant. Thanks for watching!

Wow! I am definitely going to Cut asap. I had Cut in Beverly Hills over 10 years ago but the menu is completely different. On a side note, if you enjoy boba drinks please drop by Sunright Tea Studio in Chinatown or Southwest for a drink :)

Thanks for making the video Shin. I’ve been here before. The kung pao cauliflower was the best thing I had. The drinks were also really good as well. I didn’t like the preparation of the steak as it was really overpowering and salty, and I couldn’t appreciate the natural flavor of the beef. That’s what I typically look for in a steakhouse. Seeing that you have such rave reviews of this place makes me wonder if they had an off night when I was there, and maybe worth another shot. I’m going to be in Vegas in October and am looking forward to trying T-Bones at Redrock Casino.

That food looked fantastic…I thought you might go for the tomahawk steak for $425 but I guess that was too expensive even for you. Thanks for another great review!
I don't want to sound pretentious when I say this but it'll still probably come off that way lol. The price of dishes has absolutely nothing to do with how I order for videos. I just try and think about what would be most useful and informative to the most number of potential diners. For this video specifically though, after I went to see the meat in the locker, the Australian wagyu just called out to me saying, "Shin, pick me!!" And I couldn't refuse lol. It just looked so good and the marbling was extraordinary. Thanks for watching!

Shin - just wanted to say how refreshing it is to watch a UA-cam food reviewer who is articulate and who has a broader range of vocabulary than just words like “wow” / “so good” / etc - your descriptions really give a good idea of what the food actually tastes like (rather than just saying “wow” / “yum” / etc - there is of course nothing wrong with those words, but when a food reviewer relies on them, not much specific information about the food and the taste is actually conveyed)
Some have said I'm too wordy but I think we all have our tastes of what we like for videos as we do for food. And I'm happy to hear you enjoy my style! Thanks for watching!
Strip Steak, Mandalay Bay; Horseshoe Steakhouse, Horseshoe; Capital Grille, Fashion Show; SW Steakhouse, Wynn; Craftsteak, MGM Grand; Redwood Grill, California - the problem is that I only go to a steakhouse in Vegas around three times per year, and there are so many steakhouses and other restaurants that serve steak.

It was expensive but my most expensive video to date was over $2000 if I remember correctly at Fontainebleau's Papi Steak. Peter Luger was like $900 I think also. And others that are not immediately coming to mind so not the most expensive but definitely a pricey restaurant. Thanks for watching!
