Gotta say, pretty much everything looked pretty darn good, if a bit on the pricy side. And judging by the background noise, it sounds like Mother Wolf was fairly busy, which is good for them and for the Fontainebleu in general. I'm rooting for this hotel to succeed. The north end of the Strip needs to have a successful resort/hotel.

I went to Mother Wolf last week when I was in town. The food was very good, but the restaurant was too big and too loud for my liking. Loved the squash blossoms!

Then, don’t go to Gordon Ramsay’s, Hell’s Kitchen. I couldn’t even hear my husband over the table.😮 I even told my husband I wouldn’t go back for that reason so from now on we go to Harrah’s Gordon Ramsay’s the kitchen. You can at least talk to each other and hear them.

VWS: You should get an Award from the Public Service Commission because you do such a great job in identifying the rip-offs throughout Vegas. First, I am appalled that there are no refills for Diet Coke charged at $5 per glass [rip-off], next up is the $25 limpy pizza no way is that worth it [rip-off] and finally the $150 pasta insane no matter the ingredients [rip-off]. Ive been to Italy and haf a similiar dish in a non-tourist area and it was around $20 dollars. SMFH 😮😮😮. But Shin you are living a charmed life and as long as you can afford and keep in good health enjoy the good life !!!! Thanks for the Mother Wolfe vlog and see you Tuesday.

Mother Wolf lives up to its name with the food and the prices. That be said you are paying for an experience and skill set with how the food is made so the prices are excusable. Food wise: I would own that bread with some dipping sauces, it would bring out my OLIVE GARDEN in me. Pasta wise - Black Pepper and Cheese pasta yummy!! I would order that all day long with the bread. Overall this would absolutely be 4.7 out of 5 on the rating. The only ding is not having a ingredient item in White Truffles. Love you SHIN!! This menu takes me back. Mom used to make most of these regularly. When I was a kid I refused to eat squash blossoms. She'd make them into fritters. She'd make me cauliflower ones and anchovy ones. Thanks for the flashbacks. Lol.

I was beginning to worry about Fontainebleau, but Mother Wolf looks spectacular. Beautiful dining room but with a somewhat unapproachable menu, even I had a little trouble navigating it.

All the food looks very pretty. I think the $25 pricing is in the middle for pricing scale. Thanks for explaining the white and black truffle difference. Hard to believe each shaving is worth $10 😂 You have me intrigued with the clean tasting clams. It took me a long time to like them because there would be sand and a lot of bitterness left in them.

Shin!!! This video is exactly what we needed. We ate at Mother Wolf last night because I got $100 food credit through reward tier matching from MGM. This place is now my favorite place to eat in Las Vegas. The bread, pizza, and pasta were incredible especially the bread. That bread is what dreams are made of. Service was outstanding. They accidentally threw away my boxes up pizza so they made me another one to go. I cannot say enough about Mother Wolf. Thank you Shin!

Thanks for the review and the dishes look nice. However, I am always put off by restaurants who's menu is undiscernible unless you happen to read the specific language they are representing. I may try this one in a couple of weeks but the server may be explaining for a while... :)

Wow! I absolutely LOVE the decor and vibe at this restaurant. Very classic Italian and super inviting. Kind of reminds me of the old Macaroni Grill vibe (remember that restaurant?) The food looks amazing and a good variety. That would be my “go to” place for Italian food for sure.

You could do food tours for Vegas tourists, Shin. You are knowledgeable on food cuisine, and you know what to order at these restaurants.
I would enjoy giving food tours but I already have a full time day job. UA-cam as a hobby already takes up 20-25 hours a week so that leaves me very little time to be a good boyfriend, brother, son, and friend so it'd be tough to schedule anything regular but maybe once in a blue moon I'll offer something like that. At a spot i was Chef De Cusine in San Francisco in the 90s. I would get there at 4:15 in the morning. I would crank on the ovens turn on some good metal music on the restaurant sound system. And then I would make fresh homemade focaccia and scones everyday 5 days a week😂😂😂😂😂 but that Focaccia you're eating their looks really good

All the pasta looked great. I love the texture of handmade pasta, though it was a little pricey for the quantity of food. Hey shin what's the deal charging you 3x for diet coke?

$150 for a pasta is insane. Yes, go for the Linguine Vongole every time. The wine sauce is simple but not that easy to pull off perfectly. A lot of lessor Italian restaurants no longer do a proper wine sauce, but rather a white cream sauce which is just their Alfredo with some wine added, or even just serve it with the same sauce as their Scampi.
You know your stuff! Yes, a good white wine sauce is not complex but it is difficult to hit perfectly. They absolutely nailed it here. Thanks for watching!

The pizza is not worth the money. lol I make that at home all the time. Its a cheap snack. Its all over priced though. Except maybe the truffles. I think the clam pasta dish looked the best.
