Working Memory
In this episode I briefly explain what working memory is and how it can be improved. Neurodiverse individuals aren’t the only humans to have a compromised working memory and it deteriorates with age.
You can follow my process as I make my art journal page and a memory game.
Materials Used:
Mix of acrylic paints (whatever I have, in warm colours)
Inktense watercolour and Derwent art bars in warm colours
Liquitex satin gel media
Old brush
Mark making tools bubble wrap and a sponge tool from a kid’s mark making pack
