    Hyper focus
    In this episode I have a look at how hyperfocus affects Georgia and I differently as I create a creative journal page.
    Materials Used:
    Mix of acrylic paints (whatever I have, in warm colours)
    Inktense watercolour and Derwent art bars in yellows
    Liquitex satin gel media
    Old brush
    White alcohol ink
    Mark making tools (plastic air filled packing)
    Brick Road Stencil (Illustrated Insights)

    As a neurodivergent person, I deal with hyperfocus all the time. This video was very interesting. It’s a benefit to me because I get lost in what I’m doing. I liked hearing about Georgia’s side of this. Thank you for these videos.

      And thank you so much Linda for taking the time to comment. Hyperfocus really can be a double edged word. It's great to get things done, but can actually lead to more procrastination at times.
