Yes and almost 30 year old Fast Ethernet instead of Gigabit Ethernet that has been around for over two decades. Amazon certainly skimped on the hardware.

After using Gen 3 Alexa i guess eco Dot i don't feel like buying another Alexa products. It's very Weak AI. I had to say every day for a week to turn off my daily reminders. It plays songs that is not requested or does not understand what we say. it even gives you answers even before you complete what to do. The lights turns on suddenly for no reason. sometime it talks back when its not asked to perform a task. Guess I wasted my money. They should improve the capabilities.

stay away from amazon their switching to vega operating system no more sideloading that is why even if i own a cube 3 i 'm switching to onn android tv devices for future orders and even advising friends and family to stay away if you want complete control of your purchased devices

My Fire TV got slow anyways, so no benefits over a smart TV
Are you sideloading apps? If so, that might account for the lag. I have had my fire cube for nearly 6 months and it's still insanely quick.
