I don’t add salt to the water, so that I can drink the water afterwards. It’s delicious!
After the vege water comes out, won't we lose the vitamin C.

You lose a lot of nutrition in the water. Steam is better
sometimes you cook for taste!
Blanching doesn’t typically leach as many nutrients as opposed to boiling them longer.
It’s just for aesthetics? I’ll pass, just throw in my air fryer and enjoy my brown easy to cook veggies

The salt from the boiling water should've seasoned it perfectly
I steam all my veggies sont boil them
