But then you will start supporting yourself and first only divine power will come for your support.

Sir. You were not fair to your wife by your hard talk. I was in Printing and Advertising field ((Prepress, Print Production) )and Yes it is a thankless job with high stress and sometimes a feeling of meaningless. After 10 years I changed my line to IT but the same cycle of high activity, good money but no meaning in life is there. had chance to work aboard for many years. But I realize this is life - we all cant be conquerors and leaders.. I now give more time to family and kids. I travel more. See my old parents more often. I now mentor younger guys in IT and keep my specialization in few areas deep to keep myself useful.
Today you are doing a great job in educating us on builders and markets. This tenacity and passion that you show in this work is surely a capability acquired due to the firefighting in past professions.

WE are taught to look outside right from our child hood. We search all our solutions and satisfaction outside world. Be is material possesions, relations or positions, social status. These are all temporary things which change with time. Most important is to learn to see inside. All help and support is inside. One who learns to look inside will get all answers and guidance in every stage of life.

1: Give your body some time through joining a gym and join some yoga group
2: Be a part of some social service NGO groups, do something for others
3: Read religious books and join some groups like art of living or isckon or any religious group

It’s an illusion. If it’s work for you, expecting to arrive at that imaginary balance can brought about an existential crisis.

I am 40 yrs old, and I felt the same crisis ever since I was 32. I took early retirement and just did nothing for 5 years, except some traveling, writing, and weight training.
You are right there is no unconditional relationship in this universe. However, at some point we all feel that we are getting less from our relationship and workplace, whereas we are giving away our precious time or/and efforts for them.
Believe me, the other side also feels the same. Neither we, nor they are completely satisfied with each other. The pleasure, the purpose, the love, everything seems to fade away with time. We hang on due to some kind of fear, due to our laziness, due to conscience, even if we believe we can have a better life.
By better I don't mean more money or a perfect relationship. It may be as simple as taking a long sabbatical and enjoying the time, traveling, spending the money on ourselves without having to fulfill anyone's demands.

KIND CORRECTION, it's called CONSUMERISM & ESCAPISM. Meditation, Deep Breathing, Walking on green grass/hills will help. PLEASE drink water that was stilled in round soil matka (for 2+ days), then drink. The stress that people experience is due to processed/stressed water.
