- In this episode Install the koso gauge to my Honda ruckus and also the koso GPS speed converter.
The settings you want for the metropolitan fuel sender is 510.
The setting for the GPS system is 714 6P

Fun fact, here on the Isle of man gps are illegal we have to use the magnet sensor..gov logic is gps dont work in tunnels...we have zero tunnels🤦
This Koso gauge comes with the wheel magnet set up as standard

A switched live feed from an ignition source, a ground, and the signal wire to the koso. Hope that helps

The problem i have is , when i remove my battery, or have a dead battery, it doesn't retain memory i have to reset everything..
How is the GPS sensor working under the battory box - Instructions say it should be open to the air - but I guess its only some thin plastic?

Works perfectly fine. I wasn't going to put it out anywhere as it wouldn't look right plus it could get damaged

I know this is an old video. However I'm having some trouble with the fuel sending unit wiring. So you wired Green to ground blue striped to power and yellow to signal on the koso?
Yes sir. Green the Koso goes to yellow on metropolitan fuel sender. The green on the fuel sender put to a good frame earth and the power to a switched power source.
Once you have power, set the fuel resistance on the Koso to 510 and it'll work as it should

Hi I take it the wiring is the same with the DL03SR.
so there is a few wires that we don’t need to use then looking at wiring diagram could I use the gray wire (says oil on instructions) as my overheat temp which would then do away with the light on the battery box ?

Honestly, still confused about the power wire from the Met fuel sending unit (blue/white). I used a quick splice connector to connect it to one of the ignition switch wires from the ATR harness and I'm still not getting a reading from the fuel level gauge (it just flashes and doesn't show any of the black horizontal bars) when I turn the key on my Ruckus. Looks like you took it a different direction with the inline fuse wire to the battery for the power source, but I think I'm just an idiot and can't follow along.

If you got the GPS speed sensor you no longer need a Speedo cable. However I'm not sure if compatable with your unit

Yes there is not one on the FI model fuel tank.

@@TheErnestoq can't use a ruckus factory fuel sender. You will need a metropolitan fuel sender. To mount the Koso to the standard ruckus controls is the same process but the wire colours are slightly different. On the ruck shop website you can look up the ATR harness and in the details is a comprehensive break down of all the wires. That will help you

Koso has the functions I wanted such as fuel quantity and volt meter.
