Can u contract your core in your straight body position? Or did u just balance on your palms and fore arms ?

Great work! Very nice improvement. What is the next step in your handstand training?

Very nice! Did you have to do lots of drills, or was it just a case of getting up there and trying to make it straighter?

squeeze your glutes, abs and be in a *hollow body position* (search on youtube) so you won't get a banana headstand or handstand.

there are a lot of "handstand tutorials" is not so easy bring it to a point....!! your core and lower back must be under tension, and a lot comes from the fingers to balance it out

at this time, i need it to feel saver, for the beginning it is not bad to use the wall....now i definitely need no wall !! ✌☻

hmmm... I'm sorry if you took that in a different way but I mean do you really need it to practice, well I tried it, and it worked great! I have no fear doing it without the wall but I lack balance because of it, now that I use a wall, I can balance it more cleaner...tnx man!
