Hi, as a qualified scuba diver Id like to say if there’s one thing that I have been always been taught is DCI and it’s effects (decompression illness) I’m guessing you already know the science behind it since you’re a free diver but to sum it up if you constantly go this deep in short periods of time anything less than 1hr/1:30hr the nitrogen bubbles in your bloodstream will expand more and more and you will suffer consequences 😕

Segundo herror no puedes descomprecionar muchas veses en el fondo y debes acostumbrarte a hacerlo sin apretarte la nariz 👃 con la mano solo hacerlo como si estuvieras pujando cuando vas al baño

Primer error cuando bajes no des tanta pateadas con los pies solo lo haces cuando haces el crol al principio después no muevas los pies hasta llegar al fondo y bajas solo con el peso de los plomo si puedes practícalo en una picina en seco para que cuando pesques te cientas más cómodo

Hallo Alex, tolles Video! Wie machst du das eigentlich so lange unter Wasser zu "schweben" ohne die Luft auszuatmen. Ich schaffe es nur wenn ich die komplette Luft ausgeatmet habe, was wiederum dazu führt dass ich keine 10 Sekunden unter Wasser aushalte. Ich habe es etliche male versucht tiefer zu tauchen, werde aber immer wieder aufgetrieben. Mit Luft in der Lunge schaffe ich es einfach nicht. Wie ich bei dir aber sehe ist es doch möglich. Könntest du mir erklären wie ich das schaffen könnte? Es gibt sicherlich eine Technik dafür. Vielen Dank!!
