Hi, your videos are really helpful. I wanted to ask some advice using the friend. I mainly want to double up on my favourite recipes like chutneys, jams, curries etc. (recipes not in the 93 Cookidoo friend compatable recipes), is there a function in Cookidoo to double up a recipe using the friend or would I have to operate the friend manually. Thank you
Hi, you would indeed have to operate the friend manually like for like whilst you are making the recipe in the big unit . I make them at the same time, use double the ingredients and set the friend manually. I hope this helps... Ana xx
Hi Paul, The TM Friend isn't for sale in the UK yet. It will be very soon. I will let you know as soon as we have a release date. At the moment , it is available a a bundle for new customers who purchase a TM6. do you follow my Facebook page? Please do as I always update with new announcements etc..
Very interesting, I have waiting impatiently for this! When you have had time to really explore the Friend can you also tell us what it won’t do please. I imagine it does not have the power to do heavy work (chopping, grinding, kneading) but wonder what it can do on its own. I make a 2ltr batch of yoghurt each week which takes 6-8 hours so have to plan when to do it. At times this has been overnight but that risks over fermenting it and it is better if I can keep an eye on it and stop the fermentation manually. This means careful planning which sometimes goes awry! Are there any programmes in the Friend or does it have to be started from the Thermie? Do we have to use a Cookido recipe or can we freestyle? It all looks very promising so far.

Hi, you can you the Friend on its own.... max speed is 2, but any temperature... Ana
That minced meat looks like 1kg not 100g lol and another thing you shouldn't bang on the TM6 it's bad for the built-in scale
