Wow so it seems like you can plan on spending $400 above the rent to include the utilities and monthly fees. Not counting detached garage or storage unitThis is a huge nope 👎. More apartments need to include all the fees on the website rather than having to take a tour to get a piece of paper that lists everything.
Yeh unfortunately the Elysian is known for their fees, there is many more out there that don’t have so many fees! I myself wish apartments would be straight up on their website about the total! But that’s why I go out here and show these apartments and what they have to offer! I like to think I’m helping people out by not having to see if it works for you or not
I think the Marlowe was much nicer. What is your opinion Caroline between the two? One thing I’m curious about. Where are all the tenants when you shoot these? There is never anyone using anything or by the pool. I know the Marlowe was brand new, so I get why that was empty. lol thanks as always . You’re the best!
@@GB-mp9ek Honestly I would choose the Marlowe!!! So it was around 10am in the morning so I’m pretty sure everyone was already at work or at home working.. if I filmed during the afternoon like around 4-5 I’m pretty sure I would see more people plus it was so hot 🥵 😂…. Thank you ☺️
@@davemartin756 well that’s what I say to people to go and look at it before they make any decision! And you can think whatever I know I don’t get paid by any of these apartments ✌🏽

@@carolinelopez91 felt like a dressed up version of communism. Its a low barrier to entry to live there, so lot of riff raff. Gym was decent, but other than that i was not a fan.

Caroline are you in touch with any SFH for rent around the same price point, I have a lot of things in storage and don’t prefer an apartment

@@Khaoticnomad unfortunately that is quite common in Las Vegas apartment complex, which is pretty sad
