I've lived in Centennial Hills since 2010. I love it, it was definitely the best kept secret, with farms, fishing and horse properties! Now it's getting to be overcrowded with the 3 new huge apartment buildings on Durango by the hospital. But your video made me smile, you're a very warm person! I loved living in centennial hills. Quiet area and away from the strip. Everything was new and not run down like other areas in vegas. One thing I noticed that may be a little strange but most of the fast food restaurants that opened in cent hills was just amazing. I believe their chipotle is the best in Las Vegas.
Centennial is perfect to live and be away from the strip but still have access.. newer infrastructure and great food
Just subscribed bro. I'm definitely moving there in 2024. One of my good friends lives in that Fort Apache and Elkhorn area. And I loved it!!! So I can't wait!!! Keep these videos coming. I'm learning a lot about all these different areas.

It's very quiet up here in Centennial Hills, which is nice. But I miss seeing people outside sometimes. In my old hood there was more interaction with neighbors. There aren't as many little kids, but also no bands of teens running around at nite. That's a bonus!

I can't wait to move to centennial. Lived in Las Vegas for 3 years & i do everything here. So i think it's best i move out in that area.

Good info Leo, Thanks. Hey, in your opinion how much of a challenge to move to Vegas in the summer (June/July, etc.) as opposed to the fall or spring ? I know it will be so hot, just wondering if I it's worth waiting until the fall.
I moved to Vegas in May… it was really hot by then already. Most people do their relocating in the spring or fall not middle of summer.. where are you relocating from?

Thanks for this video. This is where we plan to move this fall. We are selling our home to buy in Vegas. The military recommended we move to centennial or skye canyon. Is Skye canyon typically more expensive? I prefer Centennial but my husband prefers Skye Canyon. What’s the main difference? Thank you I just subscribed
Have you already started the process of selling in your current area? (I can help with that)
But Skye canyon is going to be a little more expensive than centennial hills because there’s so much new growth there. However centennial hills is still new as well . Both are within 10-15 mins of each other and 20 mins from Nellis Air Force base. I think it will come down to budget but they are both great options… let’s get a consultation scheduled so I can help you this fall!

How are the schools (Middle and High) there, Chris?
There are several schools in the Centennial Hills area, serving students from elementary to high school. Here are some of them:
1. Arbor View High School
2. Centennial High School
3. Shadow Ridge High School
4. Edmundo Escobedo, Sr. Middle School
5. Anthony Saville Middle School
6. Ralph Cadwallader Middle School
It's worth noting that this list is not exhaustive and there may be other schools in the Centennial Hills area.
