I tried this pad when I got my first ever pc in october after using a cloth pad and it was sooooo much faster and harder to control my aim. yeh Same here this was the first "upmarket" pad I bought and I feel like it doesn't have very good stopping power with my gpw which has corepads on it, it glides well but when you need to stop precisely I feel like it let's you down
Can you do a full review on the Odin Infinity? I have tried many mouse pads personally and my best performance is the Infinity, it feels like it has insane stopping power IMO nearly equivalent to the control pads people love and it also has very strong micro adjustments. I think that it is kind of an unknown mouse pad for what it truly provides. Many people say its a fast pad because you can throw your mouse on it like a maniac but it plays to me like something different. Just interested in what you see with it and how your gameplay performance looks on it :)
The Infinity has been my main for about 2 months now. It is the perfect balance of speed and control for me while also providing excellent micro adjustments. I was using the AC+ before switching, I feel it is very similar to that pad but the Infinity just feels and performs better for me. Durability on the Infinity is insane as well, still feels brand new after cleaning the main use area twice. I have a Hein and the new version Hayate Otsu on pre-order from lethalgaminggear, can’t wait to see if one of those pads can outperform the Infinity for me. I actually bought a second Infinity after a week to be sure I have a backup on hand. 🤘🏻

IMO it is not a "speed pad" that other reviewers claim it is and make it sound like its not the best for control when it is extremely controlled IMO. first, ty so much! Second, it really depends on what you are in need of more. Do you want more control or more speed. If you feel you’re lacking speed I’d go for the skypad or an artisan hien. If you’re missing control the dash and zero would be more up your alley. If you want a nice mix of both the lethalgaminggear venus is great
To me , Dash feels like Hien (speed-wise) with almost Raiden smoothness to the touch. Almost a carbon copy to Hien , but a tad "slicker" while you move your mouse around , yet easier to stop. Just overall better balanced , which may come from the smoothness? I don't know. Side by side i struggle to tell them apart , yet Dash feels better. Doesn't feel sandpapery whatsoever and has some weird "bubbly/mini beads" like feel on the mouse feet which i really enjoy. It's like refined Hien. I really enjoy the smooth feel too , as Hien is quite abrasive compared to most other pads , in a bad way. MPC450 has some weird texture in comparison , but in a good way. It doesn't irritate you. Sake , even MP510 never bothered me. But Hien does occasionaly.
Also , to keep it clear - both Dash and Hien are fantastic. It just happens that i like the Dash more , the smoothness , the slicker glide while in motion and mini-beads like pocking your feet feel. And no , these two are not "unbearably fast" as some of you may read on forums. They're perfectly fine and easy to control in tac shooters , else im broken and have great mouse control , which i don't. Me , along with few other people i've spoke to recently relate to my opinion on Hien. From readings , i expected something a lot faster. Nope. Perfectly controllable pad. And , as Fresh said in the review , Dash does need a break in for couple of days. Out of the box i wanted to throw away mine , felt muddy and sluggish , but in 2 days i fell inlove.
Hey, just a thought... You seem to have a unique grip style with each mouse you use and are obviously very talented with your aim. Have you thought about doing a mouse grip tutorial/breakdown video? Other aim related videos would be awesome as well! And maybe you have already done something like this, so if that is the case, dismiss my suggestion haha.

hi i use 1200 dpi for mostly single player games. does getting the extended desk pad only work for low dpi?.i mostly want big desk pad so i can put keyboard in center and have it look nice but was cruious if i use high dpi does getting a larger pad make it less effective.
Haha. I actually have an old plastic pad called a rat pad. I used to use it when playing pro cs leagues. Thing is literally so tiny I don’t know how the heck we played on these things

I actually prefer it over the zero. Best I can recall, since it has been awhile since I used the zero, it seems just a bit faster. The material seems more reliable as well, as the zero is more of your cloth variety. Both great pads, but the zero isn’t one of my personal favorites

Which glides do you use on the g pro x superlight because i have quite a bit of an issue with the normal glides on the fnatic dash? So do you think something like corepads would be better?
How would this compare to Razer Strider? More smooth slightly more static friction?, out of those 2 what would you buy (if you ever read this lol) odin infinity is not in stock, apparently the fnatic dash is same material as glorious fire. Also no one has reviewed varmilo desk mats, they seem near gp4 maybe slightly slower, same weave as old razer goliathus speed, prob same manufacture as corsair mm350?(dont own), its smooth and cheap, how would that compare to gp4,, the deskmats on sale for like $19 aud now would be interesting if you reviewed one. (they dont feel coated, outside of heat treating for the art or whatever they use to put the graphics on it)
If I had to pick between the dash and strider I’d go strider personally but you may need to lower your sensitivity. It’s very consistent and very good, but fast and can feel floaty at times with how fast it is. Dash is more balanced. Strider is Ferrari speed

I actually didn’t like the otsu. I felt super inconsistent on that pad. I like the dash more. It’s quite controlled but never muddy and the surface is nice and smooth

I actually haven’t. I stopped when I hit immortal. But to be honest, I would love to keep grinding to radiant. The only problem is apex is still my main game so it’s hard to devote the time

Both are good! If you want more added control go for the dash. If you want more speed go for the mp511
