KELI has been playing the drums since the age of 5 and is classically trained with many years of experience in percussion. His diverse style comes from situating himself in new projects that allow him to push his boundaries and expand his techniques.
Along his career, KELI has won the respect of his peers including some world-renowned drummers including Dave Grohl and more.

That's our boy 🖤
Keep him close!
Saw you live in Winterthur/Switzerland about 6 years ago. Same time was a soccer championship, where Iceland was doing very well and so after the show the audience started to do the famous Iceland-Hoo-claping. Keli came back on stage to record it with his cellphone;-)!
Very creative drummer and very musical style. Love him - desperately need a new agent fresco album!
Thanks for watching Jeff, we love Keli and would love a new AF album!
Nice drums and he is a very good drummer. Nice guy and sound like he LOVES what he is doing.
You sir, are the jedi master of drumming
Wow, those drums sounds amazing
Holy crap, the sound of the drums on this video is incredible, like everything I've always wanted drums to sound like. I note the liberal use of Shure Beta mics, , which also happen to be my personal favorites on drums, a 52A on the kick, and 56As on the toms, and a 57A on the snare top. I'd love to know what's being used for the overheads and hit-hats. Rode NT5s? Neumann KM184s (more likely given what appears to be the diamond logo and its placement)?
The drums sound so good. Yamaha is making me drool over this video. I've been learning to play the keyboard, the recorder (both from Yamaha), and the violin (cheap one) and have been considering if I should take-up also the drums. Keli and the drumset showcased just pull me towards learning to play the drums too.
Vijay Shankar DO IT! 😊
@@1989keli thanks for the inspiration and encouragement brother. I'll try. If not, I'll pass on this to my son. He's nearly 2 years old and he's so much into music. Plays on his toy xylophone, recorder, and uses plastic drum sticks to play what comes to him on our sofa. Truly a gift. :) Do you teach?
