Wintertime Bridge Fishing in St Petersburg, FL

- Went out on a chilly and windy day around St Petersburg, FL. Along with me was my Fiancee Mayra and buddy Nate. Dropped a few live shrimp around some local spots to find the bite, despite fishing a couple of spots the last stop was an Intercoastal bridge that held a few mangrove snapper. #Bridgefishing #winterfishing

My man what bridge did you guys catch that sheepshead on? going to be in tampa this weekend for a couple days and wanted a spot to toss a rod in
We didn’t catch any sheepshead on this trip. The sheepshead bite is good on the St.Pete side of the Gandy Bridge right now. Toss a shrimp or fiddler crab near the rocks/structure. A couple of hours before high tide is your best bet.

@@saltwatersessions no prob! I frequent st Pete all the time it’s my favorite fishing location since I live all the way in central Florida always looking for new places to hit but I completely respect that!
Thx for understanding. St Pete has a lot of hidden gems. I was driving by this spot for years until a buddy took me there… otherwise I had no idea it existed.
