Kayak Fisherman takes Maiden Voyage in Tampa Bay / First Time Kayaking
Took a buddy out to the bountiful waters of Tampa Bay to break in his brand new Feel Free Lure 10.5 foot fishing kayak. He had no idea what to expect as it was literally his very first time kayaking. The trip was a success and we managed to catch a few redfish along the shoreline using live shrimp. Be on the lookout for more videos fishing with this newbie.

Went out on a super windy day at low tide. Had a few live baits with me, but had I known ahead of time that they really wanted artificial I could have left the bait bucket at home. What size reels are you using
I usually run 3000 series reels on the flats, will occasionally bring out a 4500 if i’m targeting snook or fishing heavy structure.
