Say whatever you want for ds, but this is defo the best perk deck for anything below. Even stoic and kingpin the enemies still barely wiggle your hp but on the chad maniac you are immortal
I love this deck, you hate yourself for playing it, but your teammates love you. If you play it to maximize stack production, you end up becoming a living stat-stick.
Correction for the equation at 18:34, it's a 35 instead of 36 (for whoever actually wants to use an equation that is so oddly tuned to one specific thing that doesn't really even tell you a whole lot).

What if there is a person running as crew chief while the other goes maniac? Could it possibly achieve more resilience for more aggressive perk decks like anarchist and Stoic? Or are these so small to be insignificant?
Modified the first build a bit and instead of a worse armorer i made it into a worse crew chief. Mastermind- combat medic, quick fix, uppers aced, forced friendship, joker, confident aced, partners in crime aced, hostage taker aced, stable shot aced, aggressive reload aced, ammo efficiency, grazed ace. Enforcer- resilience aced, transporter aced, die hard, shock and awe, bullseye, iron man aced, scavenger Ghost- duck and cover, parkour, second wind, optical illusiovalillusionsue target aced. Fugitive- nine lives aced Like to use the r93 sniper rifle and tatonka submachine gun. The build struggles against dozers so you can just remove hostage taker, die hard, and parkour to be able to afford unseen strike aced, and replace optical illusions with the proffessional aced.
Maniac has one use. Playing with your new friends. Support deck. + you have a reason to play low difficulties. Crew chief isn’t viable because it’s not quirky enough.

Did you try out hacker perk? You have a pocket ecm that if you get a kill You heal and grant 20 dodge whill pocket ecm is on You can carry 2 pocket ecm btw
Technically you can do DSOD with any build (as long as you actually put effort in surviving and doing objectives). People been doing DSOD Yakuza Dual Saws 4 people runs and actually succeeding :0
He made a video about that a couple months ago, it was a hacker build with the little friend, turrets and ap slugs judge. If your aim sucks good luck with it. The build can be even more painful if you switch to tag team

Because it is more utilized as a shield piercing tool in Payday 2 than a normal pistol type weapon.

any "reason" to use the flak jacket is reason enough for me
I think a fix could be so the timer that removes stacks resets whenever you deal damage so if you keep dealing damage you can protect your breakpoints
