He's a little awkward during podcasts, that's where he struggles to follow Norm, Norm was the king of awkward moments and it just flowed so smoothly, Mark tries to push the awkward a lil much some times but he's definitely getting better at it.

RIP Norm. It’s been weeks but I still feel like I’m missing a necessary piece of my life that brought so much joy and happiness to my obscure and mundane life.
1.5 years later and I still feel very weird whenever I’m reminded of him. It was almost as if I knew him personally. It’s weird because I usually don’t give a shit about people dying

I went back to see this after Norm's passing and I watched this segment in tears of joy and profound sadness.
About fell out of my chair with that joke. Even when gone, you still bring joy Norm. Rest easy sir.

To me, Norm is the funniest, and it is so effortless with him to a point where all his jokes, observations, or whatever seem to have just popped into his mind as he’s telling it. He’s the guy that has it in every fiber of his being.
