0:08 is set to hardest difficulty. Dunno about this one, but sometimes the North American version of some games were harder than the Asia ones. As for the hotkeys, the special moves weren't hard to pull out.

@@3jane821 , there's no spd, just regular piledriver. Grab an opponent, jump while holding "down" + punch. Not that useful nor damaging enough to be relevant, though.
