    This is next level! I dont understand a few things though:
    1. When do you take a break? How can you possibly wake up at 4am then work until the evening without crashing?
    2. What do you mean that your morning routine lasts from 4am-12pm?
    3. Do you wake up and start working right away? No meditation/priming before?

      well i have been working 16 hours daily with only sundays as a rest. you can do it if you love to do it. you'll have infinite energy. find easy things you still need to do what you love to do or can do easily and putthose as your rest times throughout the day.

    Better title is how personal assistants schedule for their CEOs. While busy, top leaders can change schedules if a situation arises. They can also use their assistants to decline and say no. Middle managers and line workers don’t have any of those luxuries with their time.

      Fair point yes but everyone has a level that they can start and apply what was taught in the video. And the book goes into more details about how to do that regardless of where you are at. I would also agree with you that it is less simple than that without the assistance of hired help however being able to take one or two things from the video and apply it to see how you can create changes in your time that makes sense for you seems like the way to go. Just my 2 cents that nobody asked for😏✌🏾

I'm almost there but I love the discipline on the time blocking...for me, I realize I have been all over the place in my schedule throughout the years. ..sometimes my hair was on fire. lol, I have had great success with that but I can imagine this will skyrocket my goals.

    Thanks so much for the incredible tips on time management! One point that really stood out to me was batching similar tasks together. This strategy not only boosts efficiency but also helps maintain focus and momentum throughout the day. Personally, I’ve found that grouping tasks like meetings or administrative work really minimizes the constant switching of gears and keeps my productivity high. It’s amazing how much more you can get done when you streamline your workflow.

    I loved the video. I'm confused about one thing though. I'm totally on board with not multi-tasking and batching tasks, but then you mentioned that you'll get on a bike for internal meetings and read books while you recover in a hot tub. Isn't that multi-tasking?
    I could see how certain tasks e.g. cycling, soaking in a hot tub are not attention demanding and maybe that's the answer, don't do 2+ attention demanding activities at once.

    • @Preston_Scales
      @Preston_Scales 12 днів тому

      yea ik its hard to explain it right, don't multitask different actions in a short time, but do multiple things at 1 time(when you do this focus on 1 thing while you throw in a background action) ex. running and listening to meetings at 2x speed. main action is the meeting he's just running instead of sitting, and he's doing it 2 times faster. he would have to listen to it anyway so why not at 2x and running right. same outcome but added a workout and takes 2 times less.

    “Traded my 9-5 (8hrs) for my 5-9 (16hrs).” no regular person who isn’t paying for maids, nanny’s, or employees could sustain this long enough. Especially low income who can’t afford a 12 week vacation to recover. You will have health & mental issues for sure, especially if just ONE business fails. This video was made for entertainment, attention, & growing his channel. If you learn anything from this, learn that you can build a business with social media just by making brain rot videos disguised as business advise. Took me years to figure that one out.

      I just thought I'd share, but it seems he's talking more about how he plans his day. It's not all work but it's all scheduled which means he schedules time for himself and his family. For some people this might work better than it would others because everyone works differently, but I think the point is that planning your day can help you focus better while you work. It's meant to be applied differently depending on how you operate. Thanks for Reading!
