Check your food and drink. If you are having too much Xylitol, it can set off IBS problems severely!
You might try an elimination diet, and get your gall bladder out before it fails. A gall bladder failure is MORE PAINFUL than childbirth!
I had mine out, and because it had been not working, I CAN eat whatever I feel like I want as far as fatty foods.

Best packing tip (military family so we move a lot) is color coded tape on the boxes! One color per room plus labels on 3 sides and it makes unloading and unpacking so much easier! I personally love the idea of packing and moving content because I love seeing people set up their homes

    • @Sorchia56

Absolutely! We had to move several times for my job and we had packing and unpacking down to a science! I could unpack, hang photos, break down boxes in 24 hours! I can attest to this! By the time we got a buyer for my moms house, it was just my son and I packing everything. Then I got super sick and his friends pitched in packing. Only a third of our stuff was labeled, there's boxes with all our stuff together, and I still can't find my shoe tub or the crackpot. It's been 3 years!

Military family here as well and absolutely yes to the tape! Also make sure you have an extra piece of each color tape to stick to the doorway so everyone helping unload can just see the color on the door and box and stick it in without having to worry about looking for the room in an unfamiliar house

We used a similar system!! My husband and I were moving into our house when I was 6-7 months pregnant (with twins) and on bed rest. To help our crew of family and friends help us the most, we used stickers. We used one color circle for each of the three rooms on our first floor and two stickers for the rooms directly above the first floor rooms. One sticker- first floor, two stickers -second floor; but our house isn't a complicated layout .

One of my best friend's wives passed away a few years ago and she had a marvelous makeup collection he didn't know what to do with. He got a hold of the local shelter and they were able to take all of it. Now he sets up donation drives every year in her memory.

I had no symptoms with my gallbladder ever until I had a cheeseburger and potato salad at a 4th of July BBQ. I woke the next morning at 4am with nausea and in pain so severe we thought heart attack, and I had to be taken by ambulance. My gallbladder was also severely infected and had to be removed. No issues and can eat anything since then. Depending what the original owners put in some are waterproof, they are scratch resistant, better sound quality, and amazing when you have pets. But, if you don't like the color, you don't like it. I love real wood but it is very expensive and is vulnerable to water and scratching. I encourage you to look at some LVP options. The is a line under the name Audacity that is beautiful. Since she'd been at the hospital for a few hours at that point and hadn't eaten anything since the night before, the doctor said it would be best to just go into surgery and take out her gallbladder, so they did that and she was home by 9 o'clock last night😳 It was quite a whirlwind of a day for her!

We had a new roof put on a few months ago and insurance totally covered it because we're in the worst part of the country for hail damage. Definitely have someone look at your roof afterwards though---we did and found several places where they did shoddy work and they had to come out and fix it. If we hadn't it could've caused big problems in a few years. This was a trusted company, too; a neighbor is one of their managers so we assumed they would really be inclined to do a good job! I had nausea after eating for a long time and I finally got diagnosed with gallstones. I had my gallbladder out and it was the best thing ever. I felt so much better. No one thought I was old enough for gallstones prior to that. LOL. My uncle had his out at 18 so it figured the one thing they didn't think was the problem was 100% the problem.

Omg! Your illness symptoms match mine exactly except mine escalated to add EXTREME pain! I was also worried about taking out an organ lol. I decided to keep my gallbladder for another three months and I regretted it so much!. Just get the gallbladder out. Your life will be better. And I still eat lots of fatty foods, I just go to the back and a lot sooner. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had my gallbladder removed last year and it made such a positive difference in my life. My main issues was NOT with fatty foods, but with greens and acid foods. The last year before removing my gallbladder I couldn’t eat anything with tomatoes (no pizza 🍕😢), salads and any green veggies had to be fresh or it would trigger an attack. If you’re having gallbladder issues and this is having a negative impact on your health and life: meet with a specialist and if it is the issue, HAVE IT REMOVED. Since removing my gallbladder I can eat as I used to (fatty and non-fatty foods), yet I get fuller faster and can’t keep eating after that point (not a negative in my opinion). Hope this helps anyone contemplating. Cheers 🥂 from Canada

I had to have an emergency gallbladder removal and an ERCP to remove two stones from my common bile duct in 2005, one month after I had given birth to my son. My gallbladder was packed full of stones, close to bursting. If I hadn't gone in when I did, I may not be here, I hadn't realized how sick I was. The pain was horrendous, this building pressure near my sternum that got so bad I'd throw up. When I was pregnant I blamed it on baby, it was just him pressing on something. Had a lot of issues throughout pregnancy but Dr never caught any issues. Supposedly did an ultrasound of gallbladder just weeks before I went in and saw nothing.

I’d definitely recommend looking into your gallbladder, and trust me if they say sludge don’t let them talk you out of looking further. Sludge is still a problem, can turn into stones, can still block the duct, and can stick around for ages. And don’t let any doctor tell you that you don’t fit the 3 F’s (fat, female, forty) I was 19 and 69kg when my issues started (I had to get my mum to help me get the ultrasound I needed because no doctor would listen to me, but they listened to her because she’s a nurse). I had my gallbladder out 9 years ago and I only struggle with spicy food, which I can deal with. Plus I recovered really quickly from the surgery.

My aunt had her gallbladder taken out and she can’t eat hardly anything now. Nothing high in acid, nothing high in fat, nothing that makes your stomach need to heavily digest. Take care of it Ali.
I’ve also recently started seeing a Dr (just turned 40, it’s the first time I’ve seen a Dr in like 25 years? I don’t get sick, so no need to, right?) but she ran me thru the gauntlet w tests man.

Must have been a fire sale on kale, it was in the eggs, salads, soups, sauces. Continued with kale in a salad 3 or 4 times a week and no worries. I stopped a few times and went back to same problems. Kale really is a super food. Lol

    Hi Alexandria,
I have had my gall bladder removed. I don't eat fatty foods like I used to. It has its consequences if you do. I have gallstones that moved into a duct in my body, those had to come out too. I had mine taken out in 2020 after being sick for almost two years not realizing what was wrong, until a visit to ER.
If you need surgery I am keeping you in my prayers, mine was emergency surgery so if you can have surgery planned I'm sure everything will go more smoothly.

I had my gallbladder out at 24, almost ten years ago, and it was amazing how fast I felt better. 10/10 would recommend.
I was down to not being able to eat anything *with fat,* not just anything *fatty.* The night before surgery, I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies, and the minute I got home, I shoved one in my my mouth to eat as I stumbled up to bed. I had some looser stool for about the first year, but I haven't had a single problem since.
Suggestions for super low fat foods to try to keep your symptoms under control: Yoplait low fat yogurt; Panera chicken noodle soup; Special K cereal with red berries; angel food cake

I suffer from GERD, SIBO, and ulcerative colitis and any digestive issue is painful and it adds to depression and anxiety. Meds are the only treatment and I just avoid foods that trigger these conditions. Please take care of your health before the stress of selling your house and moving. Love the eye look and your GRWM life updates. I think you decorating your new home would be nice to see. I love the way you did your grandma's house. Take care! You're in my prayers. Love ya! 💙🏡💙
