So many clients fall apart in the afternoon but taking a few moments to pause, breathe, regroup and PLAN the rest of the day (including food, movement, supplements, evening plans etc.) can be GAME CHANGING for you afternoon/evening it-all-falls-apart people. 💡
This isn’t rocket science, but it’s a behavior tool that works!
