Amazing to start the year like this. I did last year's 31 day Challenge and have not stopped exercising since then, very grateful for all the high energy mornings and new level of fitness your workouts have given me. Such a gift, Kirsty, deeply grateful.
Starting 1 day late, but here I am! This was great! I did the 31 day last year and I got stronger and then health problems knocked me down. But just before Christmas, I got good health news and I am back! I’m so excited for this program! Thank you, Kirsty, for the work you do to put together these videos!

Back on the mat after the Xmas hectic weeks! Was tough but so good, needed this to start off 2025 with the highest energy I can! Will tackle session 2 tonight I think so I keep up the pace all through January. Was happy to be able to recongnize all the exercises from the last 21-day challenge I did in november -dec.
Great for getting back on track after the holidays, found it little difficult.... maybe my head cold from last week is still lurking somewhere.... :) Thank you for making this challenge ♥

Just finished. I love your support throughout. It’s very warm and kind. I’ll be following along in Spain next week. Would water bottles replace weights .? .
Only thing I've been doing for decades was walking to keep myself fit, but realized that around menopause I would need a bit more. After trying several apps and youtube instructors I stumbled across your channel. I am now on the 3rd challenge and still going strong. Thank you for your great instructions, I really like the balance between finding my own level and being pushed for just that little bit more. Wondering one thing: I have RSI (slightly under control); should I avoid excercises that put pressure on my arm or should I actually ignore any discomfort? Thanks!

I’d say with the RSI that you should never ignore pain, work with what feels comfortable and make any adjustments that you need to to avoid excessive strain. If in doubt definitely speak with your doctor or healthcare provider xx
Absolutely! They are for all stages of menopause & midlife - concentrating on gaining strength in our muscles and bones as well as focusing on balance, coordination and improving confidence in your body. These are all things that are vital to a healthy perimenopause, menopause & for our later years ❤️❤️
