Jake Broe, a Ukraine u-tuber, raised US$1,140,000 to celebrate his 40th birthday.
Citizens are also assisting Ukraine. It is not just govt.
yeah, everyone eats up at the corruption pie. Begging for money is national part-time at this moment.
Wat a waste of money
Jake is American and his funding was done by his channel community, an international effort.
@@RyanBrown-nx8dw don't worry, Russian frozen assets are also being sent to finance reconstruction.
Your money will be confiscated to rebuild what your government is destroying, instead of paying for your schools, hospitals, roads and pensions.

I would like to make a comment about the D Day service. The British were pissed that their lackluster Prime Minister left early and rightly so but the most important person who represents the British so impeccably was there, Prince William. Politicians are a dime a dozen and they come and go. The British Monarchy continues to serve the British ppl and those of us in the Commonwealth with dignity. I am so proud of Prince William.
Well said.

that last guy is very, uh, American😆
Hold on a minute ..only one person saying America is behind Ukraine in a podcast when a presidential candidate refers to Zelensky as the best sales person in the world who takes billions doesn't sound like America is behind Ukraine

Donald Trump said ... "From building the wall to bringing back coal: Some of Trump's more notable broken promises" quite a long list. To take comfort in anything Trump says is foolish.
- yeah but, if Trump says something anti-Russian, it's okay then, isn't it ?
@sebastianforbes1 yes because it would mean he has finally understood what is actually happening.
But he will not. Trump has become messerised by Putin. He wants to have unchecked power like Putin and so assisting with (program 2025) breaking down democratic rights in the USA. Farage too did. Putin and Trump‘s bidding in wanting a weakened Eu.

The academic consensus is that Putinism is a form of Fascism, the German national socialist movement was also a form of Fascism, like other extreme right movements of the interbelic period, WW2 and today's North Korea.
@@flyingfox707b yeah well the academic consensus can take a long walk off a short peer. One thing the last 4 years has taught me is trusting experts and supposed academic “geniuses” is not a smart thing to do. If these types were so smart, then why does a certain client list to a certain island still walk free.

@@brendandolan7763 - come on, be serious, who hasn't Zelenskiy begged for help ?
I thought it was all about the winning, not the begging...

@@brendandolan7763 why, though? Kim had plenty of military supplies hoarded for decades, Putin buys them - win-win fo both of them. Weak move would be begging for free stuff like Zelensky does.

1000 a day! The report must be from the super reliable Ukrainian media.
Russian casualty figures in that range have been coming from the Institute Of The Study of War and other sources, not just Ukraine. Yes it is pretty reliable. Russia has been losing about that many every day for many months now.

Russian Marine Corps sniper, work in Ukraine

One of the Russian snipers from the 40th Guards Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet spoke about combat work in Ukraine. To protect against drones and thermal imagers, snipers use camouflage with a coating that protects against thermal imagers.

Ukraine unlike Russia is forcing prisoners to die at the front. Russian prisoners had an option of just serving their sentences in full. The problem for Zelenskyy is that prisons are mostly filled with political prisoners disloyal to the regime. In general people kidnapped off the streets by Zelenskyy goons have zero motivation to die for him. When they manage to escape to Russians they willingly provide them with intelligence on Ukrainian positions, ammo depots etc. They consider Zelenskyy a tormentor and a war criminal.

Kaja Kallas, soon to be head of European foreign policy Kaja Kallas, has said in a public meeting that it would be a 'good thing if Russia was made up of a number of small countries.' Appointing a hard- line head of foreign policy that calls for regieme change in Russia is quite frankly to be expected, but appointing someone that wants to break up Russia cannot be anything other than provocative. She can have no trust or productive dialogue with Russian representatives. No prospects of peace.
@goldenoriolesilverbirch8220 she would not be in charge of what Russia does. Only that Russia are atm. having a lot of problems with their ethnic provinces in the Eastern regions.
Possibly because the Russian army no longer has a grip there having being relocated to the war in Ukraine, or replacing their troops in Africa. They could also have gripe that so many of their youth and older menfolks have been recruited into this war and are coming back deceased, or just missing.
And also China is quietly making moves into the Eastern parts, while Putin’s focus is on Ukraine. Moldova, Poland etc.
it is normal to keep an eye on what is happening in neighbouring countries. And believe it or not most of Europe is worried for Russia. We do not want even more fighting and it is better if Russians too could live in peace with their neighbours.
Does not change the fact that Putin needs to get OUT of Ukraine.
Russian resources could then be returned to general maintenance, upkeep and prosperity for ts own country and people. How they deal with the increasingly fractured country will be up to them.
Putin seems reliant on perpetual war footing to stay relevant and keep strong hand on power. Putin is Russia’s worst enemy, not the rest of Europe.
I'm genuinely grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a knowledgeable group of individuals. It's a privilege.😻
