The important tip to make your ice cream creamy and tasty is that you must boil the milk well so that it does not give a watery flavour to the ice cream..
So boil it and cool it.. then u can use

Taste the mixture and you can add sugar if you feel. The mango I used was sweet enough for me so I didn't need sugar.

No need of sugar, mango and milk powder both are already sweet enough. If you prefer sweeter ice cream, add 2 tbsp of sugar with mango whole making puree :)
