Tried mango kulfi at home, came out very well, Thanks a lot
Another way to scoop out the mango: use a cup and scoop out the whole half mango. You don't need to cut the half into little squares. It saves a bit of time whenever I'm eating :)

I find paring the mango with with a potato peeler much easier and absolutely nothing is wasted.
You can in fact serve the kulfi in the washed mango peel halves
