Negotiations continue for Poland's procurement of F-15EX Eagle II fighter jets

  • Poland announced that they were interested in F-15EX Eagle II aircraft during the MSPO 2023 Defense Industry Fair held last year.
    Poland's procurement process for Boeing-made F-15EX Eagle II fighter jets has started to progress. In this context, Poland's interest in F-15EX Eagle II warplanes dates back to last year.
    According to Boeing officials, tripartite meetings took place at the beginning of 2024 between Boeing, the Polish Air Force and the Polish Armament Agency officials. a Boeing official stated that negotiations regarding the supply of Poland's F-15EX Eagle II fighter jets and production within the country are continuing. It is also planned to cooperate in technical support areas along with the production of certain parts to be determined for local production.

    I worked security there while the first 2 were being built…. Beautiful fighter plane.

    I think the Polish Brass is choosing wisely..the 15 is a deadly deadly bird.

      Ancient but deadly. It can still fire missiles and spot other planes no matter what old type of technology it is. Also it is much cheaper than modern aircrafts so you can spend them like popcorns 👍🏻👏🏻

    F-15EX is a superb aircraft, but should'nt it be easier for Poland as an EU member to opt for the Typhoon?

      Poland slowly have enough of EU....
