How to use the remote is the issue. Isn't working. Blue tooth is connected but how to turn on in camera app... Isn't working...
Check App permissions, may be worth a look and see if it's blocked. If nothing is there then reach out to Joby tech support, they should be able to diagnose over the phone. Hope you get it to work.
