    How to cook Sangjisheng Sweet Soup with Lotus Seed & Egg at home?
    In this video, I will teach you how to cook Sangjisheng Sweet Soup with Lotus Seed & Egg at home and the skills.
    [桑寄生蓮子蛋茶]
    材料:
    桑寄生100克
    蓮子100克
    龍眼肉50克
    紅棗30粒
    杞子20克
    雞蛋6-8隻
    紅糖1片
    水1200毫升
    1. 將蓮子洗淨 浸30分鐘去芯備用
    2. 紅棗洗淨 剪開 去核備用
    3. 桑寄生洗淨 放入煲魚袋中備用
    4. 龍眼肉及杞子 洗淨備用
    5. 雞蛋,放入電飯煲煮熟 去殼備用
    6. 將所有材料 放入電鍋中(除了雞蛋)然後加入水 按着煲湯制
    7. 待煲湯煲自動排氣完畢後 打開煲蓋 加入雞蛋 再煲10分鐘
    8. 10分鐘後 加入片糖
    9. 待片糖溶化後即成
    [Sangjisheng Sweet Soup with Lotus Seed & Egg]
    Ingredients:
    Sangjisheng 100g
    100g lotus seeds
    50g Dried Longan
    30 red dates
    20g Qi Zi
    6 eggs
    1pc Brown sugar
    1200ml water
    1. Wash the lotus seeds and soak for 30 minutes then remove the core and set aside
    2. Wash the red dates, cut them into small piece and remove the pits for later use
    3. Wash the sangjisheng and put it in a fish bag for later use
    4. Wash dried longan and Qi Zi and set aside
    5. Boil the eggs in the rice cooker, shelled and set aside
    6. Put all the ingredients into the electric pot (except eggs) then add the water and press soup button
    7. After the pot is automatically exhausted, open the lid, add the eggs and cook for another 10 minutes
    8. After 10 minutes, add the brown sugar
    9. Serve after the sugar dissolves
