It must be obvious to everyone this man is a professional, I would make a complete hash of this job in less than 5min's😭 Enjoyed your stream nevertheless thanks for sharing 😊🇬🇧👍
You make it look so smooth! I just tried to install pre-cut Weathertech brand to my 23 Tacoma headlights and it was a botched struggle. I wish I would have watched your video first. Thanks for sharing your experience!
I did my 2019 x5 yesterday with bulk material, is cheaper and got left over for my fog lights and door cups, I used pre cut on my other bmw which is nightmare to use if you don’t know what u doing, I personally recommend getting bulk
I bought the PPF but I've just found out that it's made out of PVC and not TPU, I hope that it won't cause issues. The problem is that my headlight has two small rock chips(not deep but the size of a ballpoint pen tip) and I'm not sure if I can apply PPF over it?
You can for sure apply the PPF over that. You will probably notice it under the PPF or get a small air pocket but will definitely help preventing more of those chips.
@@m2mdetail781 Yeah, I'd rather have a small bubble then more rock chips. It's ORAGUARD® 270 from Orafol, It was the only one available to me. Hopefully it's not a massive POS.

Good job there. It's been about 7 months since I did my headlights and thankfully been all good since with no noticeable lifting
Nice! 👍

Are you just using hot water for tack ? Nothing mixed with it ?
Best video out. Straight to the point! Good job man, I hope you prosper!!!
What are you spraying on at the 1:30 mark? Tac or slip solution?
For a total noob would you recommend buying the precut ppf or using the self cut one? If it helps I’ll be doing it on a Honda s2000

Good stuff man! I'm glad to see another car detailer killin on this UA-cam game!
Thank you! 👍
What do you have in those 2 spray bottles?
Is it not recommended to apply 2 sections of ppf if it doesnt fit the whole headlight
Some headlights do have 2 pieces for covering. As long and you keep your lines clean it's totally fine. 👌
When you get a chance, can you record an installation on the headlights of an Acura RDX 2019 or later?
You got it man! Once I get one in the shop I'll get this video for you 👍.

How much does this typically cost? Add on a mobile install fee. Is $150 good?
Really nice work bro 👍
Do you use only hot water for tack? No IPA?
Yes just hot water for tack no alcohol.
That's. Good to know thanks.
What dilution of the baby shampoo do you use?
One pump to 16oz of water.
@@m2mdetail781 thanks!
