The guy who has infinite supply of ammo and destroys worlds bare-chested is back again! And this time he has a shirt and a friend with him.
This very colorful movie by hero of the day ( tasvideos.org/... ) plays through the game with both characters at the same time (which is far from trivial to do), and approximately 12 seconds faster than the previous run.

Talk about a damage sponge for a final boss. All the others melted under the constant dps while that brain just tanked them. Can practically hear an arcade machine draining kids of their quarters.

it's not artificial intelligence, TAS is not a program or something like that, all it means is that they recorded a perfect run manually, sometimes by pressing inputs frame by frame, in slow motion, using savestates to erase mistakes, etc, in general they use any tools they can use to assisted the speedrun, that's why they are called tool assisted speedruns, it's a very long process, it's pretty much a project, they take them days sometimes months to plan or make, then when they are done they have a movie file that replays all the recorded inputs in the same exact order they want and get what you are seeing right now
