Interesting fact for you guys- there's an airport restriction with wingtip clearance between A380's and 747-800's on runway 24L and taxiway echo. That's why you always see them either back to back so the next one is immediately holding short of the runway, or one has to be held south of echo until the other one departs.

I very much doubt there will ever be a bigger plane than the A380. They already had to enlarge the hangars for it as the rudder and vertical stabiliser were soo big.
