What are the strings? I typically use bright slap happy strings. Flat wound or round wound, any insight on the feel of these, maybe the ones I use are round? I have a second bass, would like to try something new, anyone chime in.

Those are heavy gauge La Bella flatwounds, which weren't really the perfect strings for this tune, but that's what I had on that bass!
