I'm very sorry to hear you lost your sister and friends to suicide. I too nearly committed suicide a few months back. Only someone who has been to hell and back can realise what human suffering is like. And I have realised that suffering ultimately builds true compassion, empathy, and ultimately makes you a real man.
Really glad to know that you are back and can serve as hope for others. Depression still has a bad stigma associated with it and, unfortunately, many people don’t seek treatment (sometimes with fatal consequences).
Only one who has been through hell and back knows what its like to suffer. You are 100% correct. Thats what Jesus Christ did and thats why hes the only God in the world worth worshiping and suffering for. The rest are false. The universe and manifestation doesnt care about you. Money and power doesnt care about you. Therapists and psychologists give zero damns about you. We must go through life carrying our heavy crosses for the glory of Jesus Christ our Lord and God.
@user-ok1xq5qm9t I think that this proves my point that depression is poorly understood. Depression is a very real disease and not a sign of weakness. Untreated or treatment-resistant depression can drive a person to a very dark place where suicide seems to be the only solution. Fortunately, there are treatments available even for those people. A call to a suicide hotline is a great first step. ❤

Thank you, Antonio. This felt like a breath of fresh air on the internet. I’ve been praying a lot, and concerned for a lot of young men with the messages (of different extremes) being pushed out there. I am so grateful for the amazing woman in my life, and for her family. Character and integrity like you would not believe. Thank you for guiding young men (self included) the way we should go, and for encouraging us to challenge ideas (including our own). Hope you and your family are doing well. Would love to get caught up sometime.
The strength to talk about failure. I need to be more open about that, and I think the more at home I am with addressing where I am wrong and weak so that I can better attack them would be great for me. Thank you for this, Antonio! I appreciate such a post more than you’ll know. You, Aaron Marino, and Brock McGoff have been instrumental for my appreciation of style, colors, self-care physically and mentally.. God bless you all.
I'm 71 years old, all you young men need to pay attention to this video, it will save you a lot of hard lessons. How you think at 71 an what you thought at 31 has a very good chance of being completely different. I was in business for decades and I feel guys my age need to know when to quit, you younger guys need to step up your game and take over. In my career I had over a 150 employees, be careful when being critical of others, instead figure out what makes them tick.
I respect this. You are not selling something unreal, you are grounded to earth instead of fantasy and you are well balanced in your approach. This however on the internet doesn’t sell, its not edgy enough, unfortunately that’s the world we are living in.
This is a great video! As a 35-year-old man, I see so many young men being inspired by the wrong role models in today's society, and there is only so much I can do to help these guys in my personal surroundings. So it's great to see someone who is a healthy role model use his platform for good.
Andrew Tate inspired me to take up boxing and become a stronger man and not take shit from anyone. F&F taught me (and showed us) that *many* women are delusional and act like children and how they came to think and act that way, and teaches us how to navigate that minefield. Kevin Samuels taught me to never accept a woman's bad behavior and shut it down immediately or get rid of her; WE are the prize. You, Antonio, taught me how to dress better. Take the best parts of everyone and apply them to your life. You'll see a massive improvement.
As it should be, just like Caleb Hammer's channel exploding on teaching/ helping people with serious debt. Taking Best parts of content creators, applying it and seeing results improving your life is the end result to look for.
Same here. I watch F&F, Rollo, Rich Cooper, Kevin Samuels and others. Learned how to dissect the info. A lot of Kevin's old stuff is about self improvement. The "wash your azz" video is funny and sad at the same time. They all have the same basic message. Be the very best version of yourself you can possibly be. If your 6'0" broke, and 300 lbs...guess what....the problem isn't the women, it's you.
"Don't just teach your children how to read, teach them to question everything they read." - George Carlin This quote continues to remind me that in this age everything can be true and everything can be false, so you need to dissect the information you are dealing with to come up with a proper conclusion whether you'll dive deep or stay on the surface.
One thing to note about developing your rhetorical skills is that it also makes you a better liar, including (I believe) to yourself. It may give you the confidence to think more critically about what you're being told, but it'll also make you better at convincingly rationalizing your biases and misconceptions. It's still a good skill to work on, just one that comes with some potential pitfalls.
Anthony, I been watching you for years from southwest Wisconsin. I’ve never subscribed until today. Great message, I hope the people that need to hear it, do.
I 100% agree with dealing with each person as an individual. Myron and Tate shed light on things I was negligent and naive about in my case and most of their content has value. With whatever content a person chooses to consume and apply, it's always best to 'eat the meat and leave the bones' (whatever that is to the individual).
Exactly! I learn a lot from Myron and Tate and now I’m a married man with a beautiful wife! Improving myself betting thanks to them they gave a lot of helpful advice..
Favorite biographies: The Life and Narrative of Frederick Douglass and Dr. Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning. I wrote my World Literature research paper on both of them. I got into the red pill space but I'm SO glad I was wise enough to sort through the toxicity. I learned from being "red pilled" but I still chose to be a good person.
Dude, I wanted to say this was such an extremely empowering video! It's amazing to know where you came from and how you got here. It's equally impressive that you got here, given all that's happened to you! I thoroughly enjoy your videos, and you're really beginning to inspire me to be a better version of myself. Both with this video, and all your top-tier fashion advice. Being a 33yr old man with a daughter and wife (also being the only guy in the house), I really put a strong emphasis on the example I display to them. Thanks for all your knowledge, guidance and insight man! You gained a fan!
Great video, I can’t agree more. The faster you realize you control your life and women aren’t the enemy the better. Take control gents and just try to be a good person.
Antonio, greetings from Texas (East Texas). I'm 36 y/o, married to a wonderful woman for 13 years now, and I agree with your view on women. Spot on brother. I've been watching your videos for several months now and I've been working on taking responsibility for myself with the way I dress ever since my father passed away in March 2023. He always dressed up even for a simple appointment. I never understood the message he was trying to send until he passed away, and then I saw your videos. He wanted to show respect to those around him. You're one of the mentors at a distance that The Lord has put in my path to help me grow as a man. Thank you for caring enough to leave a legacy of what masculinity is supposed to be. (I noticed you wearing what looks like an Oura ring! I'm wearing one right now. Interesting little thing)
I would strongly recommend Victor Frankl’s “Man’s Search for Meaning”. An incredible story of how to give purpose and meaning even in the most horrific circumstances.
Man.. I appreciate this, I have some family members that I love came down hard for a situation that I cause. I jump out of the trucking industry and was out of work for 2 months. That got me and my family kick out of the apartment in a hotel atm. I know they mean good but geez. Don't kick me when i'm down especially when i'm crawling back up. But i forgive and move on.
I feel like the biggest problem about watching red pill videos is that they become an excuse for not acting. Instead of applying the tips you get on how to hook up with women in real life, you instead sit at home watching videos. People need to get out.
Hey Antonio I started watching your videos during the pandemic. You’ve taught me alot about style and what values are worth following. Know that I and many others appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos.
Good advice Antonio. Guys, good reads on how to deal with others are “The Book of Proverbs” in the Bible and Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends & Influence People”.
The pre-80's version of "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is apparently the REAL one, the revised edition is watered down as it was rewritten by family
been following you since i was 16 and im 28 now. been to the top of the world as an extremely successful musician and the bottom of the trenches since then and this video is an absolute banger many folks need
I've listened to almost every guru out there, from andrew tate to izman to petterson, and I gotta say as a 21 year old tjis was one of the best advices I'vee listened to
How is this one of the best advices? All he said that was valuable was "use critical thinking." Other than that, you think reading books will make you rich or get you girls 😂? Also there are good girls out there, but they usually look like land whales. Attractive girls have Instagram with 100s of $imps in their dm's. This guy has never experienced this dating market 😂
They pull you in with that Wich is good advice but then they move it to the terrible mentalities. Like all their terrible assumptions about all women. Or the weird crap they say like fresh and fit saying a man needs to sleep with like 40 women before he settles down because it good for his mental health while simultaneously complaining about female promiscuity… Wich is hypocritical at the least and only a makes them part of the problem with promiscuity at the most Wich is also hypocritical.
@@EddieC460 I did not say or imply that. All I was saying is there are terrible things the red pill teaches you. They put you in a very unhealthy mentality about the world and women. Like in the video their are good women their are bad women and their are good and bad men. Red pill warpes your mind to basically thinking their all bad and if they are “good” their a unicorn. They give you a false sense of reality. Now the promiscuity remark I made was just pointing out a flaw in red pill. How can you hope all women will remain “pure” or whatever if you, a man, is making many of them stray from that by being told to sleep with as many as you can? That’s creates more of said problem then fixes it. Btw I actually think both sexes shouldn’t sleep around alote because it can creat a sex addiction and warp your mind on sex. Yes both genders are different or different “leagues” as you put but that doesn’t excuse bad behavior and mindsets from both genders.
At first i saw the thumbnail and instantly i was going to kinda hate, now i watched the whole video and i gotta say my mindset is changed entirely, words are not enough to thank you💙
This is such a great video. As it turns out, the best advice in life is timeless yet boring - be respectful and kind, work hard, take care of yourself, learn more, etc. Doesn’t sell many books tho! I particularly appreciate you addressing some of the content out there for young men. I’m 43, I’ve been around the block re: dating, marriage, etc. - but if I were 17, I could totally see how I would get caught up in that content, and it can lead people to some pretty dark places (as well as rip them off). Thanks for making this, and for the book recommendations.
THIS IS FAAAAAX!!! I'm so glad this popped up into my recommendation because I was thinking this for this whole year. I dont know who needs to hear this but... life works differently for different people, you must focus on what works for you and eliminate what doesn't. These red pillers don't care about your dating life, they're just influencers. Theres so much more to life than just dating and women, if you focus too must on that you'll stress. Its not the end all be all. Remember if everyone is rich and at the top 10%, who's gonna work for your business for it to succeed.
Antonio, I've been following you since you had your suit business. You have done many great videos that went to the heart of many topics but this one I think hits the top of the list. I can only think that as a Marine Officer, you did well and as an Army Officer, I would have been honored to have worked with you.
There is a reason that I've been a subscriber of this channel for almost a decade. This channel is gold, a true big brother like advise coming from this channel.
OMG, I love this video. I have a 17yo grandson that needs to hear this. Maybe you can do more of this type of content to try and combat those lunatics content creators. I first stumbled across your channel when my husband had his stroke. Your content was such a tremendous help in building his wardrobe. He gets so many wonderful compliments on his appearance. Thanks for all you do. And FYI, digging the shades…😂
I agree he could use his platform to help young men. Especially teens and young adults. We need hard working individuals that treat others with respect and kindness not whatever nonsense this UA-camrs spill about ladies or what have you. Men need to be men but not something they're not.
Absolutely amazing video Antonio! As a man in my mid 20s, I wholeheartedly agree with you on all these points. Don't fall for the snake oil salesman like Tate guys, you can have everything you want by following the true great men in history not someone who is good in front of an audience.
Your channel is very good informative and great advice to be a gentleman. Many of the other youtubers are just about getting results without a moral compass. Most of these youtube gurus are just in it to scam people. I agree with you completely.
This is great advice for men of all ages. I have 50-years and the first thing I learned in life is that there is no "life hack" which can grant you great success literally overnight. You have to work both harder and smarter to achieve. One is nothing without the other.
Great video !!! Critical thinking is always important. I was lucky that, at my canadian university (in the province of Québec), my teachers cared so much about us students and our personnal future. They didn't expected parrots, they didn't try to endoctrinate us to anything and they always listened to our different ideas, as long as we were polite, respectful and methological. Also, as a scientist, my favourite biography is one of Marie Skłodowska Curie (1867 - 1934). No matter the obstacles, this pioneer in the field of physics and chemistry really struggled hard and had to break a lot of barriers to accomplish her dreams. All while raising a good family, then having to keep advancing even after tragically loosing her husband too early.
I have been following you for almost 10 years and I am so happy to hear your words now! So glad you are a healthy minded man, not like all those toxic influencers trying to scam young people and manipulating them into a sick world view that has nothing to do with reality. Thank you.
Congratulations Antonio on making a video in which the content is simple to digest and yet can have profound consequences on an individual's life. I felt I could relate/agree to so many of your points/advise. And a special thanks for mentioning Tagore as a person to study; most people outside of South Asia wouldn't know who he is, but i think they def should.
First thank you for the book recommendations. I have read the Critical Thinking and I truly loved it. I can't wait to read the others. Thank you Antonio for this well opinionated segment.
Bravo! This is such an important message for young men today because there are so many opportunistic con artists on the internet and too many guys take it too heart. The most important skill in life is independent critical thinking and too few people have it. In my opinion, the only way to obtain this skill is by becoming a sponge for well sourced information and keeping an open mind for the rest of your life. The moment your mind is made up about any issue, you have stopped thinking critically. Always be open to new information!
Thanks for this great message and thanks for all the great conent on showing how to be a man though style.... which every few years a old friend of mine will come talk to me and say "Thanks for setting me on the right path." which I believe you do for the men here too.
Thank you (again) Antonio, and a blessed Thanksgiving to you and yours. You mentioned Starship Troopers - the author, Robert Heinlein, has had a profound effect on me over decades through the stories he's told and the characters that populate them. He had an amazing gift for getting a person to think (if open to it) and somehow seeing himself within the story. He's one of the few who has ever measured up to my father, the greatest man I've ever known: Heart of a warrior and soul of a poet.
Thanks for keeping it real Antonio. And I love those book recommendations. I'll probably pick up a few. 55 yrs old but I guess it's never too late. Biographies I have loved : Captain James Cook (Richard Hough) Leonardo da Vinci (Charles Nicholl)
Good work! Amazing, it's great that men of influence have a balanced critique of these guys. Point 1 is on spot. If I could promote this video 100 times I'd do it.
Thank you, Antonio. Especially for the book and biography recommendations. I feel like part of this personal development community through the brotherhood of your channel. I want everyone to know that if you're on the fence about "Team of Rivals", it's about Lincoln's cabinet and how even though they were pretty much ALL out to be President themselves, they were the best men and he needed them to save the country. How he LED these men and the country is such leadership wisdom. It's a MASTER. CLASS. The monumental task of his presidency literally Saved Our Country as we know it. It's THE best book of leadership, and it's by EXAMPLE. Massive Respect to Antonio and these videos that bring so much value to my life.
👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 Antonio.... I haven't commented on your page in years, but I have ALWAYS liked you. You are a REAL MAN with REAL MORALS, and you continue to have a deep respect for what LOVE & RESPECT FOR MEN AND WOMEN TRULY IS.
Man I'm so glad you made this, ended a couple of friendships because they were trying to turn me into a Tate fan. I remember specifically addressing critical thinking and holes in his own logic.
@@NWBwana the point is Antonio married a traditional woman NOT a modern western woman. F&F and Tate could lose all relevance tomorrow and western reality would still be western reality.
"The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt," "Theodore Rex," and "Colonel Roosevelt," all by Edmund Morris is a phenomenal trilogy of the life of Theodore Roosevelt. I'd highly recommend all three.
I'm so glad you made this video. Young men need good mentors now more than ever. I feel like so many guys are chasing someone else's idea of happiness, without having any idea of what makes them happy.
Thank you so much for this comment. What you said is so profound and thought provoking. There are too many of us, myself included, chasing others ideas of happiness. This has made me take pause and reevaluate the things I'm doing in my life. I don't know you but you have made a difference in my life with this comment. Thanks!
I agree those guys are idiots with microphones. The sad thing is that most young people grew up in broken homes without a proper upbringing and they are easy prey for sensationalism. Growing up in broken homes doesn’t make you a bad person, two parents can be complete idiots but I totally agree about thinking for yourself. Being taught by two mature adults makes for a better upbringing.
A great take-away: Find mentors, --and inspiration, within biographies of GREAT PEOPLE. You'll always be in good company. Best wishes to all for an enjoyable and meaningful Thanksgiving celebration!
Critical thinking part was on point. I was blindly persuing personalities like these earlier but now i carefully anal yze each and every thing they say instead of hoping staright to conclusion missing the thinking part. Great video sir 👏 Edit: Also I would recommend people not to watch these people. Even I stopped watching them last year. I wasted a lot of my time on them but gladly I learned the truth about them in time. Also thanks Antonio. I actually watched your hair care videos and corrected many of my mistakes. And now my hair are much better .

well done. Include the other youtubers he references and incorporate their wisdom into your world view. You'll be better for it.
It was literally 5am on the dot when you said that... Great channel.
Being vulnerable is an incredible strength. Being vulnerable in my personal and professional life took me a long time.
An absolute tonic. In a media landscape full of grifters and bad actors this sort of honest and actionable advice is sorely needed. Thank you.
Preach Antonio, These young guys are being led down a dangerous road
I really dig this!
As it should be, just like Caleb Hammer's channel exploding on teaching/ helping people with serious debt. Taking Best parts of content creators, applying it and seeing results improving your life is the end result to look for.
Amen
Solid assessment.
"Don't just teach your children how to read, teach them to question everything they read." - George Carlin
This quote continues to remind me that in this age everything can be true and everything can be false, so you need to dissect the information you are dealing with to come up with a proper conclusion whether you'll dive deep or stay on the surface.
George Carlin is in hell right now, so brave he was, so smart to guys like you, he must've seemed like a genius
Facts, really love this guy , he was real !!!!! Rest in Peace
Antonio coming in with an ethics-first philosophy. Much respect 🫡
This is certainly the best video I have seen in months. Thank you sir.
Zuby and Tate podcast 🥩 🦴. That was a good quote by Zuby. Agreed 💯
Bravo, Antonio! Thank you for helping young men find their way.
Thank you. There's a lot of people who need to hear this.
Another book that shifted my mindset to a more positive outlook is "The Four Agreements." I recommend everyone read/listen to it.
Would surely read this one*
You won't find any meaning in any current life if you don't believe in the after life
@@Kassab96 exactly that’s why existentialism doesn’t work, for all of its popularity people are still more depressed then ever
@@Kassab96 if you have only one life wouldn't you want to make the most out of it ?
It saddens me you had to make this video, but I'm really glad you did. Thank you!
I'm 59 and gents this is all good. Been married 33 years with 2 girls who are winning at life. Enjoy the struggle.
I feel like the biggest problem about watching red pill videos is that they become an excuse for not acting. Instead of applying the tips you get on how to hook up with women in real life, you instead sit at home watching videos. People need to get out.
And live in reality. Both men & women these days are not living in reality.
Hey Antonio
I started watching your videos during the pandemic.
Outstanding. This message needs to be spread. Fight the toxic lies.
This is so refreshing I'm glad you posted this Antonio. Perfect thanksgiving post.
been following you since i was 16 and im 28 now. been to the top of the world as an extremely successful musician and the bottom of the trenches since then and this video is an absolute banger many folks need
I've listened to almost every guru out there, from andrew tate to izman to petterson, and I gotta say as a 21 year old tjis was one of the best advices I'vee listened to
How is this one of the best advices? All he said that was valuable was "use critical thinking."
Other than that, you think reading books will make you rich or get you girls 😂?
Also there are good girls out there, but they usually look like land whales.
Attractive girls have Instagram with 100s of $imps in their dm's. This guy has never experienced this dating market 😂
I'm 33 years old here and this is my first time watching this video and great tips and advices.
You’ve said everything that they’ve said… respect, setting boundaries, self development, etc…
He said it in a more wholesome way for the vanilla MF's.
@@kalebpinkston3495if you have a status you might do that too! Or you can be a loyal to your wife when she’s not around
Great video on a very important topic, especially for us young guys. You truly seem like a wholesome person just by the way you talk.
I agree, if you have your health, money/job, warm house and none is yelling at you, then all your basics are covered.
Maslows hierarchy of needs
Antonio, I've been following you since you had your suit business. You have done many great videos that went to the heart of many topics but this one I think hits the top of the list. I can only think that as a Marine Officer, you did well and as an Army Officer, I would have been honored to have worked with you.
There is a reason that I've been a subscriber of this channel for almost a decade. This channel is gold, a true big brother like advise coming from this channel.
The thing with those goofs is that they add common sense advice to lure young listeners but then they reveal their true colors.
I am grateful that I became a subscriber to your channel, Mr. Centino. Thank you so much.
Absolutely amazing video Antonio! As a man in my mid 20s, I wholeheartedly agree with you on all these points.
Don't fall for the snake oil salesman like Tate guys, you can have everything you want by following the true great men in history not someone who is good in front of an audience.
Tate being a salesman doesn't make his message wrong. He also has far more experience with hot females than the dude in this video.
I learn more about how to be a better man from Antonio than any other channel. Glad you made this.
All while raising a good family, then having to keep advancing even after tragically loosing her husband too early.
your a real one & thats why i love seeing your videos pop up in my feed. "real men" couldnt feel more appropriate in the RMRS title.
I have been following you for almost 10 years and I am so happy to hear your words now! So glad you are a healthy minded man, not like all those toxic influencers trying to scam young people and manipulating them into a sick world view that has nothing to do with reality. Thank you.
Thinking fast and slow is a masterpiece! Great recommendation!
Antonio, why not have a talk with Myron and Fresh on a podcast? I bet they would love to have you on..
+ @victorashul Agreed.
I've been following you ever since I was about to get out of the Marine Corps and it is videos like this that reinforce why.
Antonio, you’ve just proved F&F right with this video. You deserve to be on the podcast. You provide incredible value.
F&F just parrot points from men more intelligent than them
First thank you for the book recommendations. I have read the Critical Thinking and I truly loved it. I can't wait to read the others.
Thank you Antonio for this well opinionated segment.
Well said, Devildog!! Continue doing what you do! Semper Fi!
My pleasure!
He's one of the few who has ever measured up to my father, the greatest man I've ever known: Heart of a warrior and soul of a poet.
a real man who does not want anything but to truthfully help. Thank u sir
General Chuck Yeager….an incredible biography, from humble beginnings to breaking the sound barrier.
This is one of the best videos ANYWHERE!
This whole video was valuable , solid advice.
I'm 28, female. Thank you for making it.
Of course a woman would think she knows what solid advice for men is. 😂
Hell yeah Antonio. I can appreciate you releasing this video to be honest.
This needs to be said. Thank you.
Sir you have millions of subscribers and you deserve more. I hope more men would see this content. Lots of respect to you.
Man I'm so glad you made this, ended a couple of friendships because they were trying to turn me into a Tate fan. I remember specifically addressing critical thinking and holes in his own logic.
Such as?
Hilarious considering Antonio married an eastern European and not a westerner. I look at his actions not his words.
@@thetapheonixya. Antonio married an Eastern European woman. Tate got arrested in Eastern Europe for what he does to women.
Actions.
@@NWBwana the point is Antonio married a traditional woman NOT a modern western woman. F&F and Tate could lose all relevance tomorrow and western reality would still be western reality.
@@NWBwana Tate was arrested for ideological reasons by a corrupt gov and hasnt been convicted but you left that part out conveniently.
book recommendations are always welcome, great input overall!
"The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt," "Theodore Rex," and "Colonel Roosevelt," all by Edmund Morris is a phenomenal trilogy of the life of Theodore Roosevelt. I'd highly recommend all three.
So glad that I remained subscribed to your channel all these years
I'm so glad you made this video.
Thanks!
Channels like yours, Aarons, and Jose's are what developing men as well as established men need. Youre doing higher power work good sir. 👍🏽👍🏽
I approve this message. Thanks Antonio, we need more of this to offset the toxicity that is the manosphere.
Excellent advice! I won’t say I have a favorite biography, but Louis L’Amour’s characters read and cite Plutarch’s Lives….
Great video sir 👏
Edit: Also I would recommend people not to watch these people. Even I stopped watching them last year. I wasted a lot of my time on them but gladly I learned the truth about them in time.
Also thanks Antonio. I actually watched your hair care videos and corrected many of my mistakes. And now my hair are much better .
Excellent book suggestions. Endurance is my favorite of your list.
