It amazes me how he lived through 40 YEARS of evolving mechanics and technology from back in the day. Me and my Uncle used to spend HOURS in the car riding around digesting these rehearsal gems.
Prince wasn't Always a Tyrant when it came to Rehearsal , this Proves it , he was just as Loose as the Revolution

That was so funny.
It was spontaneous and very relaxed.
It was amazing, considering how tight his sound normally was.
Most of his rehearsals are long and very repetitive - this was brilliant.

Dr. Fink. Lisa refers to him as Lene Finkich which is a play on the name of the weird and operatic New Wave female vocalist Lene Lovich. Check out her video for “New Toy”. Dopeness. Thomas Dolby was in her band.
