I use a gooseneck for my trailers, from back of the truck: up 3 blocks, back 6 blocks, hinge (for up and down flex), back 4 more blocks, down x blocks (depending on height of trailer) rotor head connects to a rotor mounted on the trailer. Set some reasonable limits on the hinge and rotor, then turn them off. I also cut the front wheels off my trailer, and put a piston to hold it up when not connected. The trailer has never flipped or rolled.
The starter rover although has got me through a difficult start and I upgraded to a wider wheel base, is showing its basicness as intended I believe. A new rover is coming, and later, a trailer, which has some nice engineering on it.

another good series becareful running into sheds some have active guns others have war head booby traps you have to disarm the war head by cutting the timer and event controler with sensor on it i found out hard way
I came across my first live gatling just the other day, made me jump out of my seat and just about hit the ceiling.
I don't know if you've realised that hydrogen engines are the scenario's scrappage source of power cells, with each small grid engine containing one; at least if it's complete enough. When you look at them, then say, "ah, I don't need another one of them and leave them without grinding the power cells out it hurts me a little knowing you're in need of them. Also, any component you salvage, repair it with as many components as you can grind out of the remaining objects, like seats, headlight, or whatever, as the gear will still weigh the same but will carry more components that you won't be scrambling for when you eventually need to repair them. I know you're struggling for storage, which is annoying, but welding up as much as you can with components you have is basically free.
(I don't know if you realised yet but the wind turbine was stated as being 'optimal' and was generating close to it's maximum output.)
At this point I might still be thinking the engines a somewhat rare and left it there for later, but I am now beyond that point and transitioning into salvage components and move on. The power cell is nice, but it's the 4 large steel tubes further down the list I really want.

Why not just put a connector on the end of the crane arm to plug in to the wind generator tower , easy no fuss ?

Odd that you have found no cargo containers
They are like bus's, none for hours and then 4 turn up at once ...literally. The small grid mediums have been few and far between though, roll of the dice keeps giving me hydro gens where I would expect to find them. I really can't complain though, I have generally found what I needed exactly when I needed it.
Been playing mu play thru with a friend for about 2 weeks. only found two med cargo and a large small, till last night. found 2 large small grid cargo. We have connectors everywhere.
@@G19amc When I tested for an hour or so before started the series, I had unknown signals on and got 2 or 3 of the mediums drop, thought it was a bit unfair so turned off the signals. Have found 1 large small grid, but it doesn't fit on the new rover ...yet
