TET Sweden - Solo motorcycle camping trip through Scandinavia - Norden 901 [S5-E25]

- July 12th & 13, 2023 - On the morning of the 12th, I ride into the city of Örebro to meet up with @husqvarnamotorcyclesscandi485 We had plans to discuss; a new adventure is on the way!
The next day I leave Degerfors where I've stayed with @JoonesAdventuresMC for a couple days. He accompanies me during the first half of the day, a bit on and of the Trans Euro Trail, and guides me to more destinations worth a stop.
This was my second to last day in Sweden!

I'm used to watch Itchy Boots and this is so relaxing lol. It's so good to feel she's in a safe beautiful place frankly it's more enjoyable and makes you want to ride a bike lol.

In the early 70's, hill climbing with other guys where I lived, with those who owned husky bikes and also Pentons, we always pronounced it...HUSS QUA Varna. So strange to hear you say their name......Incorrectly. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Only Americans can pronounce every word correctly. 😂😂😂😂😂😂🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 and many believe that too. I really do like you and Joones together. He is such a nice gentle spirit of a man. Unlike me who is a self confessed cereal killer. 🥰 I was sad to see you 2 split up and go separate ways. The only person I know in Switzerland is ALF Hagedal the famous accordion player. For a few years, then I said something american to him and his bad switzerland temper ended it all. He is on youtube too. It was fun while it lasted. I wish the best for you and Joones and that something works out in future riding events. Thanks for the tour and introduction to the Husky team. I also noticed they sell GasGas motorcycles. I have wanted a trials motorcycle for many years, but their use is very limited if you want to climb trees and boulders that are not in south Florida. 😁 take care.
Have a fantastic new year and enjoy the warm temperatures. I spoked with a friend up in northern Sweden yesterday. -33 degrees celsius (-27.4 F). He is not riding motorcycle, but he use to winter camp in a tent an run long distance runs in the mountains in the summer 🤔😂

The fortress was amazing, we just don't get to see such historic structures like that in Australia. Loved the small church & the lighthouse.

July and hissing down with rain, like most summers in Europe and nothing to do with climate change unless you listen to the diarrhoea from MSM. Always safer to wear waterproof in summer to save you getting wet. I'm enjoying the fact you are doing a lot of scenic routes, nice to sit back and enjoy the Swedish few from my armchair.

I've been to Denmark about 31 times as I was an importer in the states of Scandinavian furniture but only in Sweden once but after seeing this video in Sweden I would love to travel there. One question, is your speedo in Kilometers or MPH>

In Europe, I think it's only the UK that use mph. The rest of us use km/h :)

Hello Runa! Please tell us about the orange device attached to your chest ( 14:46 ). What is it and what is it intended for?
I think it's a garmin satellite type device that use can use to send texts or if its really serious and a last resort a call for emergency. I know itchy boots has one one her africa tour. Very handy especially I extremely remote areas where there is no phone signal. They cost about 500e or even more

What is Degerfors kommune ? Correct spelling in Swedish is kommun, and in English it’s commune.

English translation is municipality. Kommun in swedish, yes, but norwegian spelling is kommune, so understandable that you see/hear that spelling here :)

Don't you film topics other than riding and scenery? You don't film aspects of life in Europe, like shopping, trying new foods, negotiating with people, and so on? Many things that may be routine for you could be interesting for people living in other parts of the world.
