It seems like Volvo's excellent sound systems get sent to Polestar too. I am really interested in hearing the facelifted Porsche Taycan's Burmester system compared to Bose if possible.
The S60/XC60 S90/XC90 doesn't have any noticeable compression at high vols like this system does with a 2 inch larger subwoofer. They all still are pretty good sounding, without getting too close to the Bowers and Wilkins upgrade This surround sound system is 7.1 channels, so I'm not sure a 5.1 track would work properly
Love the HK system in my '22 Polestar 2. Interested to hear what you think about the B&W system in the Polestar 3, and the HK system in the Polestar 4!
Rear speakers are barely audible in my polestar 2 . It’s not as powerful as front speakers. Can you check it ? Is it same for all polestar 2 or is my polestar 2 defective ?
I would say V60 harman kardon is a bit better than what you have in Polestar. We have both and at least everybody in my family thinks Volvo is a bit better. Difference what we notice is in low end bass.
Yes depends on your needs. For me the better chassis and handling and nicer design made me choose Polestar. Plugsurfing works fine in Europe at least for me.
@verynick yeah 2024 dual motor. Screwed together much better and much quieter than the older model 3s. Drove one of those, single motor, as a rental in atl. Stereo knocks, is very clear, does not distort, solid bass you feel.
@thomaswestin9987 I'm an anxious dude and wanted the biggest range I could afford, 341 in mine, and best easiest charging, I pitch new business, and I want to road trip. But yeah the polestar stuff is dope. Also love rivian R2 that's coming. And lucid gravity.
@@johnmac609 Polestar 2 Long range single motor MY24 has really good range, 655 km WLTP. That is just 23 km less than Model 3 Long range. Not much difference for road trips IMHO
Thank you SO MUCH for adding 5.1 test to all your new sound tests! Love your channel, love your consistent, systemic approach! Thank you!!!
Glad you appreciate them, and you're welcome!
Nice, I like those new tracks. Track #11 definitely is a nice addition!

Well was expecting it since polestar is basically the same thing

Nice. Would love to hear you comment on the 2024 model 3 long range. Just bought one. I think is A tier. 😂
Teslas have their cons but their speakers are definitely not one of them, their premium speakers are shockingly great

Can't wait for the volvo EX30 review

My husband loves his P2. But the car interior is so loud. It’s like they forgot to add any sound insulation.
Which pack has the Harman Kardon sound system ?
What brands usually have surround support?
Still waiting on the Harman Kardon test for the 60 series Volvos :( I hear that they’re better than the 40 series and polestar H/K systems

Can u review the new Lexus RX mark levinson and compare it to the previous gen one
You can skip track by double clicking the play/pause button
New model 3 plz
I was disappointed with the HK in the P*2. No 5.1 sucks. B&O in my 6 year old A3 is far superior imo.
Almost bought one of these. Went tesla for charging.
Good call. One reason I can’t keep my BMW i4 lol you got Model 3?
