The first sandwich is not called fricassé (fricassé is another food) What you got is called Kaskrout Tounsi which traslates to Tunisian Sandwish You should try Brik and Fricassé and Lablebi you’ll not regret it

Fricasse is not what you ate. That's a Tunisian sandwich 3. Kafteji is not for breakfast.. it's made with a lot of oil so we prefer eating it at lunch 4. Jwejem is also not a breakfast thing we eat in the morning. It's just a street desert. Just make sure to get the right names from locals, and I hope you enjoy your stay in Tunisia 🇹🇳
