- I had the unique opportunity to stay with a wonderful Tunisian family and experience their culture firsthand! Together with my friend Amin, you'll get an inside look at my immersive homestay experience in Tunisia. From savoring delicious homemade Tunisian cuisine to exploring the vibrant streets of Tunis, this definitely was an unforgettable adventure that opened my eyes to the beauty of Tunisian hospitality and customs. I also experienced a traditional hammam for the first time, and let's just say, it was something I wouldn't ever forget.

A very lovely and generous family. I travelled to Tunisia from the UK back in the 80s and had an amazing time. The Tunisians are really great people and were very friendly and welcoming to me. I am much older now and Tunisia is somewhere I would love to live for a while. A genuinely beautiful country and people. Blessings to all Tunisians. يكثّر خيرك

Amin and his family depict the majority of good-hearted Tunisians but as Tunisian, this is the first time I see such a unique massage hhhhh that is not common at all ! By the way, hammam once a week is a must and usually in winter offers a refreshing start for the week ahead ....

Good video, however just a note, I'm a Tunisian and I live and work in Saudi Arabia and I worked in the UAE before and all were very good experiences and we are not treated bad by our fellow Arab brothers. If you act in a bad manner, then of course you will be treated in a not good manner, that's just natural.

Being British, I understand we Brits really like our personal space so that Turkish Bath or Hammam must have been awkward, but also good because we know we shouldn't be so distant from each other. That is one reason why I've moved to Jordan (an Arab country, so it has a similar culture of giving and closeness), to feel more human.

Funny. I was introduced to the Hammam experience when I met my Moroccan wife. My reaction was much the same. 😂Thankfully, she was the one scrubbing me. Great video!! By the way, he was right, Moroccan Tagine is MUCH different.
