There's another vid on youtube that shows an easier way. Use a string or shoelace in the gaps and pull the light out.

You posted this 4yrs ago. I have learned to remove the screws, clean and dry your hands and the light then PUSH it out with your hands. You're dropping tools, wiggling tools against the sheet metal, twisting the assembly left and right, playing drums on the light. Just PUSH it out with your hands. Done.

dont know if the clips are missing or removed, but after I removed the screws, I wiggled it and it popped out with a single wiggle. I was nervous beforehand...guess I lucked out. the light sits in there tight as well. I checked to make sure it was good enough. thanks for the help Sir!
