I am just getting started trying to make UA-cam and TikTok videos. I am a welder and fabricator. So, this is the basis of my videos right now. I have been binge-watching your videos today and have learned so much! Currently, I have a Canon EOS Rebel t7i with 5 different lenses. If you are familiar with these, what would be your best advice to get the most out of what I have? It would be so cool if I could find someone willing to do a video on these old cameras. I am trying to figure out if need to keep it or try to save up and get something better.
If you are happy with the results your getting then no need to upgrade anything. If having 4k is important for you, you could get an R50 and use your existing lenses with a simple adapter.
@ thank you I will definitely keep trying to improve every day whit what I have as I save up to get something better. That R50 with the adapter looks like a good setup. Like you said it would be a huge savings not having to buy all new glass.
Bro, your video is great and you articulate well. Hear me out tho. Record like normal, raise it up to 1.25 speed, then post it. Your channel will skyrocket. Trust me. Don’t change how you record it, just speed it up before uploading.
@@FulaanCreative yes and it was because of your videos about the R50 I made that choice 👍📸🥰 I really agree with you that this little camera is number 1. On a budget. I do have problems editing HDR PQ files unfortunately.
I don't use HDR PQ, I find it hard to grade a bit. I like neutral profile with sharpness, contrast and saturation turned all the way down. I also sometimes use cinestyle which mimics a log profile.
@@paressth4-pl5fi I have been very surprised at how much you get for the price 🙏. Excellent image quality, excellent autofocus, very cheap used EFS glass with the adapter ( buy it used). 10 bit video, very good digital stabilization, and in combination with RF IS glass it's amazing and much much more👌🤗
What I found with Canon is that the color rendering is fine, JPGs look good, I get hesitation on subjects moving, where the shutter hangs and I miss a shot. I like Nikon and Panasonic better. The dynamic range on Canon sensors doesn't seem to match that of Sony or Sony made Nikon sensors. Yes, the Canon R50 may be a decent choice and better focusing than an RP, which I own -- should sell. I never do video. I would think Panasonic would be a video + stills choice in cameras. I do street shooting, and use a Lumix GX-9 or the Nikon Z5 most of the time. Both have tilt-only screens -- hate the flippy screens for the street -- actually for most things. But yeah, the R50 crop sensor is an improved Canon -- better than a Nikon Z50? Perhaps if doing video? I like my Nikon Z5, and might get a Z50 someday, if they give them away during a close-out. Take care, Loren
Hi. Your reviews are great. May I know please if you have a recommendation for a vlogger that focuses on playing intruments on live streaming? Thanks in advance. Peace!
Hi Sir, I already have canon 700D with 18-135MM lens that I brought about 5 years ago for some reason I am not getting the good photos on low light it may be because I am not using it right as I do not have that manual mode expertise, I wanted to take a mirror less camera that takes stunning photos with good dynamic range and pictures should be sharp especially they should give good details on low light and video is my lowest priority, I want good potraits with autofocus and less manual intervention, could you suggest me any good camera based on my needs please and I do not know if I can use the lens that I have with my canon camera that is 18-135mm lens. Please suggest a good one preferably any new ones as I am looking for next couple of years to use the same. Thanks a lot for your answer in advance and if its not available on flipkart or amazon that should be ok I will try to check on other places or may be by from outside India as long as I get my needs
All you need is light, probably a flash system to make your photos look better. Zoom in more and move further away from the subject to make the background bokeh more effective. Almost all cameras struggle in low light unless you are willing to add noise by boosting the ISO. Buying a better camera may not solve your problem where great looking photos can be captured with just a click.
Nikon Z5, when $999 sale priced is a best deal these days. The Nikon Z50, when they finally close it out, will be a great deal. Z40mm f2 is a good lens, then there is the Z50 f1.8s is sharper, but heavier and long --- both are great. I think Fujifilm works with a limited number of editors -- not sure???
I am drawn to the Nikon Z30 or the Canon R50 but need a camera to record potentially longer than 1 hour videos. I am not interested in 4K recording, 1080p HD is enough for me. I am more focused on the (sound quality) as I will be aiming to do more recordings of nature sounds and musical instruments while also being able to take very nice, realistic pictures. Is it possible to somehow charge with a battery kit while recording to exceed the recording limits? I don't really like sony... Which would you pick and why? or any others out there you recommend around this price range? Thanks
