Sir, help me 1) audio interface (M audio duo track) connected to studio monitors via trs 6.35mm jack main out and in as you r explained earlier 2) audio interface connected to laptop via USB cable 3) dynamic mic connected to audio interface with XLR cable 4) mic tested in audacity yes, it is good recording well. 5) The problem is this I m not able to sing karaoke, it is not audible outside while I m singing as you are shown with karaoke setup with TV

You need to have low latency audio interface (like Motu M2) to avoid any lag. Thats why it is better to make this set up exactly same way using audio MIXER rather than using audio interface.

The audio interface is mostly used for recording. Your set up is ok but there is vocal effect( echo and reverb) in your vocal mic. Your voice is completely dry. Instead an audio interface you better use a small mixer which will give a better vocal output unless you connect your audio interface to a laptop and ableton live program.

Bro, you need to connect the audio interface to a laptop and add echo, reverb, eq, comp etc through a DAW, then you will get a good studio vocal. Otherwise you are singing dry without any effect. An audio interface is always processed via a laptop or smart mobile device for better sound. You may use abletone, cu base etc. Audio interface is only a sound card.

By standing behind the speakers, which, in this case is impossible. In a setup like this you can also try to stand as far away as possible from the speakers, as well as by keeping the speakers' volume at a moderate level. On a completely different note I won't suggest tapping on the mic to see if it is working. We often do this by nature, but it's not a good practice for both the speakers and mic's internal electronics circuitry. Instead, you can speak a word or two into the mic to see if it's working. Good video, enjoyed it. As others indicated, you typically use an audio mixer to setup with your home theater (and keep the interface for recording purposes) to take advantage of its effects, etc. however in this video Karan was simply explaining how an interface could be used as well.
